Beautiful Hall Tree for the Entry or Foyer

If you read my earlier post today, you know I have fun day planned today!  I’ll be posting six (6) times today and each post will feature a wonderful “Before and After” project I’ve spotted during a previous Met Monday or from my travels around the Blogsphere.

Instead of lumping all the projects into one big post, I’ve created 6 small posts that will go up throughout the day at the following times: 7:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 3 PM and 5 PM.

So stop back by BNOTP during the day to catch the latest post.  You’re going to love all the Before and Afters!

Before and After Project No. 4:

Bella had always wanted a hall tree for the entry of her Victorian home.  She wasn’t able to find an antique one that she liked and fit the budget she had set for that purchase, so she bought a reproduction hall tree instead.  The piece never felt quite right to her…just wasn’t what she had wanted.

Instead of just settling, Bella knew how to take lemons and turn them into lemonade with just a little white paint.   She used Annie Sloan’s chalk paint for this transformation.  Have a piece in your home that  isn’t quite what you had in mind?  Try freshening it up with paint like Bella did!  You can read more about this beautiful hall tree transformation at Bella’s Rose Cottage.
