I enjoy reading your blog but have never written. I just had to today when I saw the champagne glasses. That is the pattern from my mother’s crystal when she was a bride in 1939!. What fun! I “perused” as directed, and would so enjoy the 7″ gold rimmed wine goblets – would work well with my Lenox Autumn china. So many things to love at French Bleu. I particularly liked the Silver Teapot and the brass candle globes. I also like the vintage metal wash stand. As we are going to France and England next Spring, I hope to bring some things home from the Brocantes (my husband says no, but I say yes!!

I loved that chair since i first saw it; kept looking at it & finally contacted the owners. They were great. They met me at a location that worked for each of us.I drove with a friend from Connecticut. My friend & I had dinner at Mario’s an old time Italian restaurant in Fairfield,CT. It was an adventure; a nice visit during the ride & the best part, I came home & put that great chair in my living room & I can’t stop looking at it. It’s so pretty and so perfect for my living room. New subject: Hoping to see a table for 12, long and low centerpiece before Easter…I usually do easter grass with various delightful things to see stretching down the table (about 112 inches), or baby potted plants down the middle w soft colored eggs…for an after-church big family dinner. We always have a crowd. Hoping some of you really creative types will give me new ideas
