I created this post before leaving for Africa this past Tuesday. By the time you read it, I hope to be sleeping in a bed that looks like this. Though I don’t wish for a plague of mosquitoes, isn’t this just the most romantic look! If you find this style of decor enchanting, you’ll find lots of inspiration for incorporating a little of it into your decor in the books I’m sharing today.

Gorgeous covers, all. Maybe you will host a safari party sometime, and let us peek at how you incorporated the theme.
Thanks, Mia…I am. It’s a dream vacation and more than I could have ever imagined!
Susan, I hope you are still having a fantastic time in Africa.
I am, Linda! Thanks! Every day is like a fantasy! Just amazing seeing these wonderful animals a few feet away…and not in zoos!
Hi Susan, I have been a follower of your blog for a long time and was delighted to see you were going to Africa. We had spent time in South Africa a year ago and plan to go back in Jan. 2017. We plan to go to Kenya and Tanzania. Giraffe Manor is on our to do list, so delighted to see your pics. What a fantastic trip. When you get home I’m sure you will find Africa has stolen your heart as it did ours and you’ll be longing to go back. So glad you are having such a good time. I look forward to seeing more pictures and hearing of your adventures. Take care, Sheila
