Hope you enjoyed the shopping trip at A Classy Flea. I can’t wait to see what goodies they have next week!

That was great shopping trip…the merchandise was quite desireable. Thanks for sharing.
I am almost positive you guys are posting about the fantastic flea markets and wonderful garage sales you all get to see just simply to taunt me!
Garage sales are nothing more than crap…and that is a generous description here…and there are NO flea markets!
yes I am bitter and very jealous…but a little releived…or I’d most likely be broke!
I think the Classy Flea should pay you for advertising for them!!
What a clever song to start out with and then show the pictures of the roller skates!
You put so much thought into your content. This is quite some flea market Susan… I’d be dropping more bucks there than I care to admit, if it was nearby me! I tried to get closer to the blue and gold cup with the saucers underneath to see what they were asking for them. That is the color of my Grandmother’s tea set I have in my corner cabinet. Thanks for the weekly trip, you are a great photographer as well. Jan
First time visitor to your site…thanks for taking me on your shopping trip.
A wonderful visit to the The Classy Flea. Wish I had more money and they were a lot closer. Until I can acquire more money and talk Gloria into flying me there, I’ll just have to drool.
Wow! There’s something about flea markets that get me going;. I want to be there NOW! Trouble is, I’m in the wrong country and its a long way. You made cyber travel a breeze with your report, Thanks.
Peter
Oooooh, girl.. Waiting for my friend to send me her pics so I can post both of our finds. We are sooo easly tempted! What a great store!
This week I’ll take the heart shaped dish -I’m a sucker for anything heart shaped, too. Then put me down for that vintage armchair and the chenille bedspread.
As for the skates, I had a pair of those. My friends and I would skate round and round in our garage. ~ Robyn
Another week of fabulous treasures…and haven’t those tole trays become pricey?…now that I’ve decided I like them. So, what did you buy or were you able to resist?
Bo
I didn’t get to go to the Classy Flea last weekend but I will soon. How can my three men all have pick-up trucks to haul furniture and want to use them all on the same Saturday to go fly-fishing? Priorities people!
Thanks for another great tour.
I’m having a giveaway on my website if you make a comment.

GM susan, Yeah! I love to go shopping with you. On this trip, I still bought the pheasant platter, toile trays and the antique dresser.ok I have spent enough for one day. Smiles Kathysue
Oh, I love that sled! It would look so good paired with the antique skis I found on ebay. Too bad I’m not coming home for a while!
W-O-W another great shopping adventure at the Classy Flea… they just have some of the great vendors going…such a large variety of things to choose from… hummmmmm this week.. I still love the pheasant platter still too high for me.. I’ll take both the chairs.. loved the depression glass.. who am I kidding… I love it all… however.. I did not have a pair of those roller skates..that is abit before my time but I do love them anyway…:-) Thanks again for a great Friday shopping trip..
hugs ~lynne~
Love both of the tole trays; but the prices have sure gone up since I started buying them a couple of years ago. The whole tour was great. Sally
Did anyone else ever try to use these kind of skates with canvas tennis shoes? Doesn’t work too well, not enough of a grip or tension on the shoe. When I was about eight, Santa brought me some “sidewalk shoe skates” and solved that problem. I never could keep up with that darn skate key, unless I wore it on a cord around my neck. You sure brought back some memories today.
Oh Susan I have been thinking about that Sled and girl what a great coffee table that would make with glass on top , and at Christmas time I could just picture it with all the teddies bears sitting around it and the tree sitting on it…how cute would that be?? and tell Glenda Hello for me..what a super Sister you have…I so envy you girl!! hugs and smiles Gloria
Susan how I wish I could have gone with you!! Your selections were wonderful….And sooo affordable!! I tell you girl, that darling white french desk would have gone home with me for sure! What fun! And what treasures!!*winks* Vanna
Well, all I have to say is that I’m SO GREEN with envy over this store! Waaaaaa!
I’d sure like to know what’s under the white french desk to the right? It’s sitting on a stand??
Thanks for the shopping trip!! T~
What a great place…it could get addicting in a hurry!!! Thanks for the tour.
Hi, I’m Santamaker’s friend from Maryland and I thought you might like to know she scooped up that Rooster Lamp you have pictured, partially because I convinced her she couldn’t live without it!
I’m getting ready to post pics of the treasures I schlepped back to Maryland from ‘The Flea’… So glad I found you before I made my trip to Georgia!
OMG, I just discovered your blog and I absolutely love it! Oh, and let’s talk about your trip to A Classy Flea OMG it was if I told you “let me know if you find something I’d like” I’m telling you you must of found at least 4 things I absolutely needed and a few items I would love to have. Wish we had a few more stores like this in AZ!
Thanks for sharing!
The Classy Flea needs to open some chains across the country, and their prices need to be as good everywhere as they are in GA. I wore my skate key on a string around my neck, and looking back on it, that was probably dangerous. Now, there’s probably some rule about not putting anything on a string around your child’s neck. If I hadn’t, I would still be wearing those skates, because without the key I couldn’t get them off! Now, this is what’s funny. I still have my key-no skates though! Laurie (bargainhunr)
This was tremendous fun, Susan. I felt like I’d had a fun trip with you at the Flea. I’ve got the San Francisco book. I was happy to see that the tole trays were in line with what I have paid. Well, I can’t wait till next week!
