If you aren’t familiar with Eleanor Brown Boutique, they carry many beautiful things including lots of lovely Santos very similar to the one you may have noticed in my home office. Do you see her there on the end of the desk near the plant?
Isn’t she wonderful? I found her in a local antique shop and she was labeled “French doll.” I don’t think they realized she was actually a Santos. When I spotted her, it was love at first sight!
I just loved her rosy cheeks and sweet countenance. I’ve been struggling trying to decide on her name. I think I’ve finally decided on Abigail. She just feels like an Abigail to me.

I am completely smitten by all the angel Santos with their wings! I’m wondering if I can add some wings to the back of my Santos for Christmastime. Wouldn’t that be perfect to dress her up a bit for the Christmas season!

Since my son’s 30th birthday is August 23, I would love to give him the 23 f French glasses. They are adorable!
I think I’d chose the bee skeps…but not for me. My bff & I call ourselves the Honeybees after a book we both read & enjoyed a few years ago. I was ill last year with breast cancer & she helped keep my spirits up, fed me, called all of the time, let me rage & scream & cry. She was there for me like no one else (with the exception of my husband). Of course, I’ve tried to show how much her care & support meant to me, but this would be such a nice way to say thanks. :0)

If I had a need for shower curtain I would love the white ruffle lace curtain. Since glass enclosures don’t require curtains, I would spend it on the silk scarf and the cafe plates.
I would geta pair of the Shabby White Crushed Voile Ruffled Shower Curtains and use them as curtains…hehe. I am weird that way. This is the prettiest shop..what fun to just wander around looking at stuff.
I really like many of the things in Eleanor Browns Boutique. The metal bird business card holder, the rope handled crates, and the bistro plates with the pricing on them are so cool. and tell an interesting story.

I have been in love with those crowns ever since I first saw them on The Gilded Life blogsite. I almost got to buy one recently while in California, but unfortunately the only one left that I wanted was in a display window. The only way they could get into the window to get it for me would have been for them to move 3 huge armoires with many items displayed in them that were against the window’s opening. I’m still waiting for one!

The glassware. Looking at the p-ictures I could feel the delicacy. Glassware from Europe is different from what is made in the USA. I loved all 3 sets.
