Metamorphosis Monday

Metamorphosis Monday is a party that’s all about Before and Afters. If you are participating in Met Monday, please link up using the “permalink” to your MM post and not your general blog address. To get your permalink, click on your post name, then just copy and paste the address that shows up in the address bar at the top of your blog, into the “url” box for InLinkz when prompted.

In order to link up, you’ll need to include a link in your MM post back to the party so the other participants will have an opportunity to receive visits from your wonderful blog readers.

Feel free to link up Before and After posts that are home, gardening, decorating, crafting, painting, sewing, cooking, fashion, travel or DIY related. Please do not link up to the party if you’re only doing so to promote/sell a product.

To those linking up, if you notice a shop or online store linking up to sell products (yes, unfortunately, that happens) please let me know so I can remove their link and block them from participating in future parties.

This party has ended, click button below for the links to all who participated.

  1. Hooray for the red, white & blue!! Just spray painted a wrought iron rocker with red enamel, a “very sun bleached” purdpor cushion is now blue, white hydrangea will finish it off, (and about 20 flag pillows…according to my hubs…) franki

  2. Such darling 4th of July decorating! I’ll be glad if we can just get our flag mounted and hung at our new house. 😉 Liz

    • Thanks so much, Liz! I need to do that…have a flag pole mounted on my porch column for a flag…but first I need to have my front porch repainted.

  3. Thank you Susan, great round up!

  4. Love all the patriotic decor but because of my recent knee replacement surgery, I had to pass on decorating for the Patriotic holidays of the Summer this year….Thanks so much for hosting each week!!
    Hugs.
    Debbie

  5. Susan, I know I’ve said this before, but J’adore your porch! I’m such a big fan of white wicker, and every time I see your porch, I suffer from a serious case of porch envy! This is the time of year when I wish I lived in a classic American style house – a Victorian or a salt box maybe. So many clever ideas. you’ve got going here. Thank you as always, for the fun and inspirational post.

  6. SALUTE! to the RED, WHITE & BLUE!
Susan it is always a pleasure out on the porch.
    lov’n this patriotic round-up!!
    and thx for hosting MM.

  7. Just one word that says it all, Susan: { LOVE }

  8. Loved all of the wonderful red, white and blue, long may she wave decor!!!

  10. Love the juxtaposition of the first two: subdued and over the top. Gah, we are already past the solstice!

  11. Cyndi Raines says

Wonderful! Love it all! The porch is so pretty! Happy 4th! ♥️♥️

  12. Hi Suzan, I’m from Sri Lanka. I have been following your blog for some time now and I love it so much. I very much enjoy reading about your tablescapes. What a beautiful collection you have. I’m a huge Fitz and Floyd fan and own quite a few pieces. Keep up the good work.

  13. Teresa M. says

I love when you do the post “collage” of one theme with a ton of pics. So many fun tables, ideas, tips, and links. Makes for fun reading and viewing.
The red, white, and blue punch will be one idea I’m taking with me to S Dakota for this year’s celebration of fireworks with family. Thanks for summarizing all your 4th of July festive decor.
