Decorate a Porch for Spring-Summer Relaxing and Dining

Welcome to the 425th Metamorphosis Monday!

Pssst: I’m posting Met Monday a bit early (Sunday evening) since I’ll be traveling much of Monday.

Thanks for all the comments you’ve been leaving on the pictures I’ve been posting from Morocco on Instagram. If you’ve missed those, you’ll find them all posted here: BetweenNapsOnThePorch on Instagram. Instagram is the easiest and fastest way to share photos, love it!

If you aren’t on Instagram, you can still view the pictures I’m posting there each day. Just look for the icons below on the sidebar of the blog, Instagram is the one that looks like a camera. Click on the camera to view the photos I’m sharing on Instagram from Morocco each day.

Decorate a Porch for Spring-Summer Relaxing and Dining

When you add a porch on to your home, you open up a whole new world of decorating. Life is more relaxed and a lot more fun on a porch, and the decor often reflects that.

Linda has been busy decorating her beautiful 3-season porch for spring. She changed out her winter decor for spring-summer blues and greens, colors that reflect the sun-filled skies and green grass of long summer days.

If you remember previous posts I’ve shared about Linda’s porch, you may notice that the furniture has been re-arranged. In addition to moving a few pieces around, Linda shopped her home for spring pieces she could incorporate into her porch decor.

So many cute accent pieces, love the bunny holding the round topiary!

Linda didn’t forget this area either. The table is all set for an impromptu spring luncheon.

Cute centerpiece! I love the bee pitcher and the sweet bird guarding her eggs.

There’s a pretty lantern for soft candlelight in the evening.

It’s amazing how shopping our homes can turn up some lovely pieces for decorating porches and sunrooms.

Thanks so much to Linda for sharing her porch decorated for spring in this week’s Met Monday!

Metamorphosis Monday

Metamorphosis Monday is a party that’s all about Before and Afters. If you are participating in Met Monday, please link up using the “permalink” to your MM post and not your general blog address.

To get your permalink, click on your post name, then just copy and paste the address that shows up in the address bar at the top of your blog, into the “url” box for InLinkz.

In order to link up, you’ll need to include a link in your MM post back to the party so the other participants will have an opportunity to receive visits from your wonderful blog readers.

Please observe these few rules:

Please link up Before and After posts that are home, gardening, decorating, crafting, painting, sewing, cooking, fashion or DIY related.

Be sure to include a link back to the party in your post, so your readers will be able to find and visit the other bloggers who are participating.

Do not link up to the party if you’re doing so to promote or sell a product.

To those who are linking up: If you notice a shop or store linking up to sell products (yes, unfortunately that does happen) please let me know so I can remove their link from the party. No one wants to click a link expecting a Before and After, only to find a spam link to an online business/store.
