Decorate Your Home for Autumn with Whimsical Touches of Halloween!

Welcome to the 715th Metamorphosis Monday!

Happy New Week! I have a delightful fall decor makeover to share for this week’s Met Monday! Jillian is all ready for Halloween and Autumn and the fun starts right here at the front door.

Please note: This area is designated for “Broom Parking Only, Violators Will Be Toad!” Ha!

Eeek! Bats everywhere! Love the cattail lamp!

Jillian has decorated her mantel so beautifully for Halloween and autumn! I love how the fireplace can be enjoyed from both the living room and the kitchen–how awesome is that! What a great design! You can have breakfast at the breakfast table while enjoying a beautiful fire nearby!

Let’s take a closer look at the mantel, I would love to have a nice deep mantel to decorate for the holidays. My mantel is kinda skinny. Do you have a deep mantel over your fireplace?

I’m crazy about this wonderful goose! Jillian says she stays here year-round and is fun to decorate for all the holidays. I can just her sporting a big red bow for Christmas. Such a beautiful display for autumn! I love how full and overflowing it is–just beautiful!

The birds seem very interested in the white pumpkins and berries.

This is such a great way to decorate for autumn, combining fall decor with touches of Halloween. Once Halloween has passed, it will be easy to tuck those decorations away and you’re still all decorated for fall!

Jillian has such a beautiful home! The soft neutral colors really work well for decorating for all the holidays! Love the lampshade! So pretty!

Pumpkins work great for Halloween or Autumn! Even the bunnies are dressed and ready for autumn.

A curious raven is checking out the decorations…

The kitchen is decorated for autumn, too!

I love the table setting Jillian created! Jillian shared where she found all the wonderful pieces she used to create her table setting. The wooden chargers are from Pier 1 a few years back. The green charger plates, orange plates, and green flatware are Vietri. The black and white checked plates are MacKenize-Childs.

The adorable squirrel plates are from Pier 1. The tree and pumpkin people in the centerpiece are from a shop in Fort Collins, Colorado called Cozy Cottage. The pretty quilted square in the center of the table is from Etsy. I love that idea–using a quilted square in the center!

Thanks so much to Jillian for taking us on this wonderful tour of her home decorated for Autumn! So inspiring and so many great ideas! Thanks, Jillian!

I’ll leave you with this adorable scene–Sydney snuggled down in front of the fire, dressed for Halloween in her cozy “bat” dress. Oh my gosh–soooo cute! Happy Autumn!

Looking forward to all the great Before and Afters linked for this week’s Met Monday!

Please do not link up Table Settings, save those for our Tablescape Thursday party on Thursday. If you are participating in Met Monday, you’ll need to link your post to the party using the “permalink” to your MM post and not your general blog address. To get your permalink, click on the name of your post, then copy and paste the address that shows in the address bar at the top of your blog, into the “url” box for InLinkz when prompted. NOTE: Please do not link up more than 3 posts from your blog. In order to link up, you’ll need to include a link in your post back to the party so visitors to your blog can find the other party participants.  When linking up to the party, give the InLinkz system time to find the link in your post to avoid having your link held for moderation/approval.
