Decorating for Halloween

Welcome to the 92nd Metamorphosis Monday!

Recently, I mentioned on Facebook that I’d love to see your fall and Halloween decor. Three BNOTP readers sent some fun pics showing the metamorphosis of their homes for the season.

Pinky shared her front porch all falled up.

Perfect for fall!

Marian who lives in Lousiana knows just how to scary things up a bit for Halloween. Those Trick-or-Treaters have to be serious about candy to brave passing under this guy! 🙂

Love all the details!

Metamorphosis Monday:
If you are participating in Metamorphosis Monday: Please be sure to add your permalink below, and not your general blog address. To get your permalink, click on your post name, then just copy and paste the address that shows up in the address bar at the top, into the “url” box for the picture linky. You’ll also need to put your e-mail address in, but don’t worry, it will not be visible to anyone.

I’d love it if you would include the MM button in your post, to make it easy for others to find you MM post. To do that, just copy and paste the Met Monday button to your computer or grab the html code from underneath the MM logo on my sidebar.

Please include a link in your MM post back to the host blog, Between Naps on the Porch. Why is this important? When you include a link back to BNOTP, it ensures your regular readers/visitors will find the other awesome “Before and Afters” linked for this Metamorphosis Monday. If everyone links back, this maximizes the visits for all participants.
Please do not add your link below, until your MM post is actually published to your blog. Please DO NOT type in all caps…it spreads the links waaaay out. Thanks!

    Hi Susan,

Thanks for hosting us and for all of the fun Fall porches.

  28. MM gives me something to look forward to on Mondays, a day that takes a little extra to get me started. All the bloggers are talented and generous to provide beautiful photos with ideas of how to morph an item or pretty it up.

RE candle contest, I think Cafe Au Lait is a great flavor, full bodied without be sweet.

  31. Oh my, my house is on BNOTP! I'm so flattered. Pinky's porch is wonderfully welcoming and I do love Bonnie's bat flight. I used to spend all my time doing the interior for the season but now I do almost as much to the outside. I wish I could have shown you my fog spewing, bubbling cauldron. Susan, I'm so glad I found your blog and it's nice to share my home since I don't have my own blog. Happy Halloween to everybody.

  32. Megan {Honey We're Home} says

Oh I love that giant spider on the lovely brick house. If we got more than 2 trick or treaters, I'd do the same sort of thing. I love Halloween!

Lovely decor… and I can't understand how you have way over 200 participants in MM mine is only the 37th comment, and I'm LATE with it!

What's with people? At least comment on the hostess' post!

Thanks for hosting Susan! Oh — I'm watching Antiques Roadshow right now and the most gorgeous tea set is being shown .. Crown Derby. Swoon time.

    Happy MM!

What absolute FUN! I love Halloween deorating — such a wonderful time of the year. I've gotten a lot of ideahere, and a reminder (from the lovely pillow) that I have a pillow pattern lurking in a shopping bag somewhere that needs to be put into service NOW!
