Easter Tablescape with Bunny Centerpiece

Welcome to the 83rd Tablescape Thursday!

I have two tablescapes going at the moment…one in the breakfast room and one out on the porch. They aren’t quite ready for prime time, so tonight I thought I’d share a Spring tablescape I put together around this time last year.

Spring/Easter Tablescape, 2009:

Easter is just around the corner.  It was a gorgeous day the afternoon I put this tablescape together. I had all the doors to the porch thrown open and the sheers on the porch were billowing in and out with the breezes. Oh, how I love such a day as this!

Easter Tablescape Table Setting

The Easter Bunny stopped by for a visit.

And he brought cookies!  Yum!

I’ve had these green glasses for years and about two years ago I came across the wine glasses at A Classy Flea for only $2.50 a stem. Don’t they look like they were made for each other?

Flatware is Napoleon Bee and is available online through Neiman Marcus…

When I found these “fancy” napkin rings at Macy’s, I thought they would be perfect for a bridal shower or a ladies tea. But looking at them now, they sort of make me think of Easter lilies.

Place card holders came from Hobby Lobby…I filled them with Cadbury mini eggs…

Don’t you just love her?

Remember the narcissus? You may recall, I started them a few weeks ago from bulbs. They smell so wonderful!

A bunny in overalls with a carrot…
I promise I did not take a bite out of his left foot during the creation of this tablescape. But, don’t even ask what happened to all these critters, once I was done taking pics.

    Dear Susan,

Your tablescape is absolutely an Esater confection, a dream!..,

I see that you are having trouble with Mr.Linky dear lady; I am also trying to link in and sign up yet, (although I have refreshed my screen several times,I simply cannot even 'pull up' your list of wonderful participants, let alone to sign up myself)!..,

Hopefully Mr. Linky will send you that help ticket soon my dear! I will post when you have this problem solved; though perhaps I really should just post any way and hope for the best!..,

(Although that is the obvious thing to do Susan, I have not as yet however, primarily because I was late getting started; busy with lots of things to do this week)!..,

No worries; just that I wish you well!~ As always, thanks ever so much for hosting this wonderful event; it means alot to me and countless others; and your fabulous,'Tablescape Thursday', blog party meme, weekly event, is truly a singular hightlight in my blogging experience overall!
