Happy New Year to you! How was your Christmas?
I can’t believe 2020 is almost here! We still have three more months of cold weather to get through, maybe four months for some areas, so I’ve been checking out the after Christmas sales to see what’s available to help make these next few cold months a bit more bearable.
I love this cashmere cable knit sweater that’s currently on sale. Navy is such a classic color that never dates! I also like the relaxed fit around the waistline, always find those to be the most flattering. This sweater is on sale here: Navy Cashmere Sweater.
Another beautiful cashmere sweater! I love cashmere since it’s never itchy and just feels so luxurious. I especially like the design of this sweater since it offers more coverage in back. Beautiful and practical, Longchamp bags are still made in France. They are great everyday totes but they are especially nice for travel! They are handy for placing your handbag in when you’re passing through security before boarding a plane. I never like placing my bag directly in the tray where shoes and who-knows-what have been before. They are also good protection for your handbag if you have to place it under the seat during takeoff.
Another reason Longchamp bags are so awesome for travel is because of how small they will fold up when not in use. They are easy to pack away for use during a trip and are great to use for carrying those vacation purchases.
You almost never see them on sale so I was excited when I saw this one on sale in several colors. The blue has sold out but they are still available in red and green. If you’ve always wanted an iconic L.L. Bean Duck Boots, this is the best price I’ve seen for them. This one is available in three other colors, I really like the burgundy leather one…looks so nice paired with the ivory bottom. You’ll find this pretty rain boots on sale here: L.L. Bean Duck Boot.

I found awesome boots on sale at Nordstrom. They’re Bernardo boots and the color I love is “hot chocolate.” They even have Faux shearling around the ankle. I also hope you had a great Christmas!

Very pretty sweaters. Always interested in the L.L. bean boots, but our trip to Maine in June has a stop at the L.L. Bean store so I’ll wait until then. Enjoyed our mild weather today, it felt great to be outside raking, instead of shoveling snow! Are you still up north?
Cyndi, shopping in the L.L. Bean store is so much fun! There’s a store here in Cincinnati and whenever I head home, I love to stop there. There are always things that you don’t see at the wwebsite. 🙂
