  6. Really cute girl!! , love all your tables and your travels! Wow! Love the ocean waves ! Thanks soooo much! I know it’s got to be a lot of work and time to put it all together!! I sure appreciate it as I’m sure many others!!!

  7. Susan, I love, love your Valentine’s Day tables! Last year I bought the heart mold cake pan from Williams-Sonoma and made the heart shaped cakes. I set up a table near the fireplace for my hubby on Valentine’s Day and had these cakes for dessert. He was quite impressed by it all. I got the idea of the table for two in front of the fire from you, of course! Now, that’s a favorite thing for me to do – have a table for two in different parts of the house. I have an antique gate-leg table that is just right for this. This year, I plan to cover some plastic heart ornaments I have in love song music sheets. I printed them out months ago and had better get busy on them. I can’t believe how close Valentine’s Day is! I am having a new hutch built for my sunroom and as soon as it is in place, I am going to set up a hot chocolate bar, thanks again to your inspiration! Can you see how much I enjoy your blog? Thanks!!!

    • Martha, that sounds so wonderful…there’s just something special about eating fireside. Those gate leg tables are perfect…love those!
So exciting about the hutch! I couldn’t do without the one on the porch so I know you will love it in your sunroom.

  8. Such beautiful inspiration for a pretty Valentine’s Day….if I had to pick a favorite it would be your urn full of branches and pretty pink glass hearts, I have the same little pink hearts…..thanks for sharing…

  9. I’m so glad Mardi Gras will be over before Valentine’s Day this year so I can decorate for it. Often, Valentine’s Day kind of gets lost here in New Orleans. These are great ideas to get me in the mood. Thanks for hosting!
