Reminiscing: 5 Spring-Summer Table Settings

Welcome to the 551st Tablescape Thursday!

Reminiscing: 5 Spring-Summer Table Settings

Sometimes it’s fun to reminisce and look back at some of the spring and summer table settings I’ve created over the years. Today I’m sharing a few that I really loved putting together and I hope you’ll enjoy reminiscing along with me for this week’s Tablescape Thursday.

If you wish to see any table in more detail, click the title for that table setting below to view that previous post. Happy Spring!

You’ll need to include a link in your post back to the party to link up and participate. That’s so visitors to your blog will be able to find the party and the other Tablescape Thursday participants. Requiring a link back also prevents businesses and scammers from linking up to sell their products. (Yup, that really happens, unfortunately.)

  1. All so beautiful, I could not pick a favorite!

  2. All of the tables are beautiful…but I love the birdcage with all the candles. Magical! We are finally getting warm enough to use our screen patio here in PA. I just ordered a tension rod and outdoor curtains to keep out the worst of the sun during dinnertime. Can’t wait to see how it looks and to try out some of these wonderful tablescapes !

    • Ann, I would love to see a photo of how that looks when you get it up. I came across my porch sheers the other day and thought about adding them back up again. Happy Weekend!

  3. Susan, you’ve created so many beautiful tablescapes, I don’t know how you can choose only a few! I’m reveling in spring though, so I’d have to go with your spring tables. Thanks for hosting another great party.

    • Thanks so much, Sandra! I am loving this spring, too! We are having a pretty one here in Georgia. Guess it all that rain we had over the past fall/winter. It’s nice to finally have some sunshine days!

  4. Hi Susan,

Wow!! I’ve always enjoyed your tablescapes, but these are five beauties — love them!! I think my favorite is the Copeland Spode Tower; that centerpiece is truly gorgeous. 🙂

Thank you for hosting TT over they years; it’s a great way for all of us to share. Happy Spring to you and have a lovely day!

    Hugs,

    Denise

    • Thanks, Denise! Appreciate that so much! Thanks so much for joining in this fun party over the years. I so love seeing all the beautiful tables each week! ♥

  5. Love the Glenwood Setting!! Oh so pretty………….well they all are. If I ever came across those plates I would not be able to resist them. Thank you.

    • Debbie, check on eBay, I used to see it on there. Homer Laughlin made the same pattern, so search for that, as well. I don’t know if it had a pattern name when HL made it. Mine is International Glenwood and I used to see it on eBay a lot.

  6. Hi Susan,

Wow! I’ve always enjoyed your tablescapes, but these are truly five beauties!! I think my favorite is the Copeland Spode Tower; that centerpiece is just gorgeous. 🙂

Thank you for hosting this party over the years; it gives us all a chance to share and have fun. Hope you have a lovely day!

    Hugs,

    Denise

  7. My eye went right to the vintage Spode table; gorgeous. Of course, all the tables are pretty and the camellia and daffodil centerpiece also made me pause!

    • Thanks so much, Kathleen! I wish I still had that Camellia. It was planted right up against the house and began gigantic, so sadly I had to have it cut down. I guess they didn’t get it all though because it’s coming back. Still very small, though.

  8. One theme but they are so varied! I am drawn to the magnolia one; the soft palette is so pretty–day or in candlelight.

  9. Lovely to reminisce. I always loved the Copeland Spode Tower dishes and I really like the carved watermelon whale setting!

    • Thanks, Liz! That whale was fun to do! I need to do one of those when I visite my grandson this summer. They are getting old enough to enjoy that, I think. lol Happy Spring to you!

  10. Oh Susan I love all of these tablescapes!!! It’s hard to pick a favorite one, they are all so cheerful and colorful. Thank you for another GREAT Tablescape Thursday.

  11. Cyndi Raines says

What a treat, they are all so unique. But my favorite is the candles in the birdcage, so very pretty. The pink dishes/ tablescape are very lovely also. Thanks for all your hard work over the years, Susan, we appreciate you and this awesome blog.

  12. Soooooo pretty ! You are so talented!!!
