Sunny Spring Table Setting

Welcome to the 295th Tablescape Thursday!

Has it been rainy lately in your area? It was here for a while but we have sunny days again now and I’m so glad! During a recent rainy day Pinky who blogs at Designs by Pinky, created a table setting guaranteed to make any gloomy day a whole lot more cheerful.

Pinky wanted to add a bit of texture to this setting. Rattan chargers worked great to add that element to the table.

Pinky found the tablecloth and pretty white and yellow dishware in Christmas Tree Shops. Wish we had one of those here in Metro Atlanta. I think the closest one to us is in Augusta. The white salad plates came from Kirklands.  Flatware is Napolean Bee from Horchow.

Pinky chose white and yellow Daisy Chrysanthemums to add even more cheer to her sunny table setting.

Love the raised pattern on the plates and love how Pinky mixed and matched different pieces to create this beautiful table setting.

A terrarium filled with lots of springtime inspiration made the perfect centerpiece for this tablescape.

The light coming in through the windows created wonderful shadows on the table.

When I first saw this picture, I wondered for a second if it was a real bee! But it’s not…no bees were harmed in the making of this tablescape! 🙂

If you are participating in Tablescape Thursday, please be sure to add your permalink below, and not your general blog address. To get your permalink, click on your post name, then copy and paste the address showing in the address bar, into the “url” box when you link up.

You’ll need to include a link in your post back to the party in order to link up and participate. That’s so visitors to your blog will be able to find the party and the other Tablescape Thursday participants. Requiring a link back also prevents businesses from linking up to sell their products. (Yep, that really happens, unfortunately.)

If you would like to use the Tablescape Thursday logo button in your post, just copy and paste it to your computer and upload it to your post as you would any photo.

Please, don’t add your post name/blog name ALL IN CAPS…it tends to create big spaces between the rows of links.
