Black Bean Salad
An easy-to-make Black Bean Salad that makes a great side dish.
- 1 can black beans
- 1/2 cup grilled corn (frozen or cut off the cob)
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/3 cup cilantro
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 dash sriracha sauce
- 1/2 cup Trader Joe's Island Salsa
- 1 tsp Salt/Pepper/Galic Powder (Season to taste)
Diced/chop all ingredients as listed above.
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. If you like your salads a bit spicey, add some chopped jalapenos to the mix.
