Black Bean Salad

An easy-to-make Black Bean Salad that makes a great side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans
  • 1/2 cup grilled corn (frozen or cut off the cob)
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/3 cup cilantro
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 dash sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 cup Trader Joe's Island Salsa
  • 1 tsp Salt/Pepper/Galic Powder (Season to taste)

Instructions

  • Diced/chop all ingredients as listed above.
  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. If you like your salads a bit spicey, add some chopped jalapenos to the mix.
