Welcome to the 886th Tablescape Thursday! Sorry, this post is going up so late. I’ve had an electrician working here this morning, and unfortunately, he had to shut off all the power for a while. So I’m running way behind, but at least the movie room will be nice and toasty warm this winter!
It’s been a little busy here the last few days. The shutters that were made incorrectly for my bedroom were rebuilt and installed yesterday. I will share those with you very soon; I think you’ll find it helpful to see how they open and function now that they’ve been redesigned. I’ll be heading back to Georgia soon, and I’m looking forward to setting some Fall/Halloween tables. If I end up coming back to the Dollhouse earlier than expected, I’ll try to bring up a bunch more dishes with me for the fall/holiday season. In the meantime, there’s an awesome sale going on right now, and I hope to order a few things.
I often use these soup tureens when the weather begins turning chilly. I like to put hot water in them to pre-warm them before adding hot soup. The lidded bowls help keep the soup nice and hot. I found these in Pier 1 back in the day.

These are very similar and are currently on sale. You’ll find them on sale here: White Soup Tureens.

I have to order a couple of these today—I think they are so adorable! I want the cat/pumpkin and the cute doggie. These would be great atop sparkling water bottles or wine bottles. You’ll find them currently on sale here: Bottle Toppers for Halloween.

One of my favorite dinnerware patterns for Halloween is this Ciroa Wicked pattern.

I love decorating with crows for Halloween, they are such fascinating, smart birds! This dinnerware is difficult to locate now since it’s out of production.

But I found this and love it! I may have to order a set—I love the design! Plus, it’s super affordable. If you’ve been looking for some great Halloween dinnerware that’s just the right amount of spooky, you’ll find this set available here: Halloween Dinnerware.

Another very reasonably priced set…Love the pattern and the ghost mugs! You’ll find it available here: Halloween Dinnerware.

My favorite napkins that I love pulling out for Halloween are these black and orange Buffalo plaid napkins. I use them a lot this time of year. You’ll find them available here: Buffalo Plaid Napkins in Orange and Black, plus many other colors.

Another really cute affordable set…would be great for children or grandchildren this Halloween. You’ll find it available here: Halloween Dinnerware, Great for the Little Ones.

These adorable kitty mugs are currently on sale. The pumpkin lid is the lid for the mug itself. Such a cute, cute design!

That same style mug is available in four other lidded designs. You’ll find them all on sale here: Halloween Mugs with Lids: Cat, Dog, Ghost, Mummy, and Skeleton.

Love this large lidded candy bowl. It measures 10.25″ w x 6″ d x 12.75″ h and holds 5 quarts. It would make a wonderful centerpiece for a Halloween table setting. It’s also on sale today here: Lidded Candy Bowl.

I came across these cute appetizer plates on sale here: Halloween Ghost Appetizer Plates, Set of 4.)

Then I found a similar set for an even better price here: Halloween Ghost Appetizer Plates.

The matching mugs are available here: Ghost Mugs Set.

These hilarious dinner plates would be so cute with the mugs. You’ll find them currently on sale here: Halloween Dinner Plates, Set of 4.

This glassware always cracks me up. You’ll find it currently on sale here: Skeleton Glassware.

Happy Halloween dishware shopping! Looking forward to all the wonderful table settings linked below for this week’s Tablescape Thursday!

If you are participating in Tablescape Thursday, please be sure to add your permalink below, and not your general blog address. To get your permalink, click on your post name, then copy and paste the address showing in the address bar, into the “url” box when you link up. You’ll need to include a link in your post back to the party to link up and participate. That’s so visitors to your blog will be able to find the party and the other Tablescape Thursday participants. Requiring a link back also prevents businesses and scammers from linking up to sell their products. Please, don’t add your post name/blog name ALL IN CAPS…it tends to create big spaces between the rows of links. Please do not link up table settings that were just recently shared in the last few weeks for Tablescape Thursday.

All the dish patterns are wonderful, but the first one, with just the crow, has my heart. It’smysterious and spooky without being explicitly Halloween. And it would go so well with the Corning Cinderella dish, which is unofficially known as Barbed Wire.
I so agree! That’s exactly how I like my Halloween dishware, mysterious and spooky without really being ghoulish or too creepy. lol
Barb, if you get this reply in your Inbox, would you let me know? I don’t think my replies are getting out when a comment is left so I’m trying to troubleshoot that.
Thanks!
Susan
