Dancing Into Spring, Bunny Style!

Welcome to the 449th Tablescape Thursday!

When I visited Marie’s beautiful home recently, the table in her living/family room was set for spring. This table is occasionally used by the family, but it primarily serves as a another area for dining when additional seating is needed.

I oohed and aahed over these adorable plates. They are so pretty! I love the sweet bunnies face and the soft color palate on each plate. This would easily work all spring, even into summer.

I flipped one over and this was what it showed on back. Marie wasn’t home the day I took these photos, so unfortunately, I wasn’t able to ask her where she purchased these. They may be a HomeGoods or Marshall’s find. Seems like I’ve seen plates by Effetti d’Arte when shopping in those places in the past.

Love the gold bunny napkin rings! I think those may be a Pier 1 find.

Marie always has her dancing bunny lamps out this time of year. Love these! I know I’ve asked her where these are from in the past, but can’t remember now. I think they were either from a local shop called The White Rabbit or Marie bought them online. She’s had them for several years and I love them each time I see them!

Marie has a beautiful basement. If you would like to see more of it, we toured it previously in THIS post. The eat-in bar is all ready for spring/summer dining!

Thanks so much to Marie for letting me share her wonderful table settings! I’m looking forward to all the tables linked for this week’s Tablescape Thursday!

You’ll need to include a link in your post back to the party to link up and participate. That’s so visitors to your blog will be able to find the party and the other Tablescape Thursday participants. Requiring a link back also prevents businesses and scammers from linking up to sell their products. (Yup, that really happens, unfortunately.)

She must have so much fun decorating her home for each Holiday! I love those plates too, the colors are so pretty they would match with my Lenox Charleston china. Happy Spring!

  9. Pretty plates!

  10. Marie’s Spring table is beautiful. Love those bunny lamps and how she has them sitting on her table. At first I thought her dining table was pushed up to a sofa table. Very cosy and romantic when the lights are on.
I’ve spotted lots of other pretty Easter eye-candy around the room. I’d love to see what she has adorning the back of the chairs. 🙂
Thanks for sharing another beautiful decorated room from Marie.

  11. Those dishes have such a sweet pattern on them! Oh to be a child growing up and having all the wonderful experiences she provides at their home!
    Thanks for hosting!

  12. Love the Effetti d’arte bunny plates and those adorable lamps! Marie’s home and her wonderful holiday and seasonal decorating are fabulous. It must take so much time to plan and put together all of these beautiful elements. I am sure her family and friends appreciate her efforts so much! Thank you to Marie and to you, Susan, for sharing all of this with us. So much fun! I found a set of four of the bunny plates on Ebay. Not a bad price either!

  13. Thank you Susan, for the tour of Marie’s home set for spring. It was a treat.
Thanks for hosting this fun party.

  14. So fun to see the beautiful colors and creative touches with this table setting. Thanks for sharing! I think another possible source for pretty plates similar to these may be Tuesday Morning. I have seen some lovely Italian made plates there for all seasons. Of course it’s hit and miss, but that’s part of the fun.

  15. I always love seeing Marie’s home. She is a lady after my own heart. I love her decorating style and always enjoy seeing how she puts everything together.

  16. What a fun tour! Thank you Marie for sharing your home with it is beautiful.

  17. We love you Susan, but just call us “Friends and Fans of Marie”
Thanks for another tour of her lovely home. Each time is more amazing than the last. This must be the most enchanting place on earth for her grandchildren (who are we kidding ? us too). What a creative lady and woman after my own heart. Certainly not a minimalist here.

    • 🙂 Myrna, I always think the same thing when I’m there…how wonderful it would be to grow up with a mother and grandmother like Marie! Definitely some very blessed grandchildren!
      XOXO

  18. You’ve always been a dear sharing Marie’s home. Sharing is caring……and that you are. Not sure if Marie would be open to showing us her storage areas, as I’m sure she’s truly organized & we can always use some tips. Also, would she share her landscaping & home, when it’s not a holiday.

Two Masters giving us the beauty of life!

    Thanks,
    Mo

  19. Marie’s grandblessings must adore going to Nana’s house! Did you happen to take a photo to show how she incorporated into her decor the pastel boxed Pier 1 Easter garland that she showed you as a “sneak peak” back in February? I think she was going to use it on the stair railing…

    • I did! I need to add that into a post. Unfortunately, Easter occurred about two days after I was there so I never got a chance to post her exterior decorations. I may do that for tomorrow’s Met Monday, along with a few other things. Thanks for reminding me Margie!

I'd love to hear from you! Please leave a comment!
