3 Things I Like About This Book:
- This book is divided into 4 sections: City, Country Style, Coast and Wine Country. Cottage is such an all-encompassing description, separating them out according to the area of California where they exist is a great way to organize the many homes featured in this book.
- This book goes into a good bit of detail about each of the homes, interviewing the owners and delving into the history of each cottage. It also describes and shares a lot of information about the furnishings we see in each of the homes. Lots of information in this book!
- The majority of the cottages featured are owned by designers and artists so there’s quite an eclectic mix of cottages to tour.
