Do you have any favorite Christmas or Christmas-decor-themed books that you love pulling out this time of year? I have several that I always relish looking through to get the ideas flowing for my holiday decorating.
I’ve gathered all my favorites together below in case you could use a bit of inspiration for your Christmas or holiday decor. The only one I was hesitant to include in this post was Martha Stewart’s Christmas because some of the photos in that book are quite dark. At the last minute, I added that book back to the top of the stack below because even though some of the photos are dark, there are still a lot of wonderful photos and classic Martha tips for decorating for the holidays.
You’ll find all my favorite Christmas books linked below in case you would like to read more about them. Each photo below links to that book where you can read more about it. Note: If you’re unable to see the picture links below, each book is also linked at the very end of this post.
One thing I wanted to mention, I have A Nantucket Christmas currently in my collection. I think Christmas in Nantucket may be an updated version or perhaps a Part II since it was released more recently and is by the same author. I’d love to add it to my collection this year since I enjoyed the first one so much!
The only other book pictured below that I don’t currently have in my Christmas library collection is Christmas at Highclere. I wanted to include it since I’m planning on ordering it. It appears to be wonderful based on the reviews. Hope you enjoy this wonderful and varied collection!

Susan, I have so many books I need a large library. Like you, I always love pulling out my Christmas decor books. I have five that is on your list. I will pull mine out in the next day or two and enjoy perusing them again. I can’t choose my favorite, because right now, I don’t remember everything I have. Enjoy your week!
A fireside, a Christmas Decorating book, a hot spiked chocolate…yep…life is good!! franki
I adore my Southern Christmas book! Thank you for sharing all of these.
Highly recommend the book Evergreen. It has elegant but attainable Christmas decor with a southern flavor. Can’t say enough good things about it.
