Welcome to the 717th Metamorphosis Monday!
Recently, my friend, Teresa, who lives in the great state of Texas, was invited to tour a beautiful home that was all decked out for Halloween. Teresa asked the lovely homeowner, Ann, if she could take photos of her fun decorations and Ann graciously agreed. Thanks so much to Teresa and Ann for sharing this wonderful tour!
Ohhh, I think I see a fabulous screened porch in back–do you see it? Are those double pools? What a fun design! I would totally go down that slide on a hot summer’s day!
Let’s go inside and take a tour of this home decorated for Halloween!
Looking through the window upstairs, I think I see a pretty bridge there in the distance…love that! What a gorgeous chandelier!
There’s a scary witch waiting just inside the entry! Yikes!
The mantel is decorated, let’s take a closer look.
My friend, Marie, decorates with these guys for Halloween and they are hilarious. If this is the same duo, they actually do play. Imagine standing in this room and those guys start strumming a tune! Ha!
I know we are here to see the Halloween decor, but I am totally distracted by all the beautiful chandeliers!
More Halloween fun in the kitchen…
At first, I thought the sign said, “Eat at your own risk.” That would be a good sign for my kitchen! 😉
Ann had spooky, fun vignettes like this one in different areas of her kitchen.
So many goodies! I wonder if the tour-goers were allowed to enjoy the treats. Yum! I see a fabulous pantry in the background!
Cute mummy cookies!
More yummies!
Thanks so much to Ann for inviting us into her home beautiful home today! And a big thanks to Teresa for sharing her photos!
Looking forward to all the great Before and Afters linked for this week’s Met Monday!

Metamorphosis Monday: Metamorphosis Monday is a party that’s all about Before and Afters. Please link up your Before and After projects like DIY projects, room makeovers, craft projects even recipes. Please do not link up Table Settings, save those for our Tablescape Thursday party on Thursday. If you are participating in Met Monday, you’ll need to link your post to the party using the “permalink” to your MM post and not your general blog address. To get your permalink, click on the name of your post, then copy and paste the address that shows in the address bar at the top of your blog, into the “url” box for InLinkz when prompted. NOTE: Please do not link up more than 3 posts from your blog. In order to link up, you’ll need to include a link in your post back to the party so visitors to your blog can find the other party participants. When linking up to the party, give the InLinkz system time to find the link in your post to avoid having your link held for moderation/approval. Thanks!

Thanks Ann and Teresa for the photo tour. These Halloween decorations are just too good not to share. But now I really want a mummy cookie!
Thank so much for sharing that great home! Lots of great ideas – and thought of you today as I was at Ross and found autumn leaves chargers that will be perfect for brunch with my sister this week!
Susan, such a delight to share this home. On entry I believe the wizord is preparing to entertain Poe with music. The chandeliers are BEAUTIFUL. This home is BEAUTIFUL and certainnly filled with magic and fun. Thanks for showing.
What a gorgeous house! And the decorating is wonderful – Ann does a fabulous job! Thanks to her and to Teresa for sharing the fabulousness! And thanks to you for hosting the party. Happy Monday over there!
Hi Susan,
Yes, we enjoyed those goodies! Ann and family members treated 30 Cypress Woodlands Junior Forum members to this private Halloween tour. Dressed as Dracula, her husband drove a tractor with a giant witch on top on a loop of the property as we comfortably sat on bales of hay sipping mimosas. Ann and her family members dressed the part with big witches hats, capes and skull accessories. Once inside, ghostbusters music was playing and there was a dry ice fog everywhere. It was spectacular.
Wow this home is truly amazing! Thank you for hosting!
Beautiful home. What a joy to visit it.
Thank you for hosting!
