In this BNOTP Library feature, I’m sharing the book that started me on the quest to collect lots of colorful bottles. Can you guess why?
In the BNOTP Library: Southern Style
Author: Mark Mayfield
Hardcover: 208 pages
Book size: 11.5 x 9.5 x .8 inches
3 Things I Like About This Book:
- This is the book that made me fall in love with bottle trees and convinced me to make one for my backyard/deck shown here: Bottle Tree Dreams.
- Mark Mayfield wrote this book with the Editors of Southern Accents, a magazine that’s long gone and sorely missed. So you may recognize some of these gorgeous interiors and outdoor rooms from having seen them in Southern Accents.
- Pictures are wonderful, showcasing absolutely beautiful southern homes. If something happened to my copy of this book, I’d be on Amazon in a nanosecond replacing it. Positively one of my faves!
