A Beautiful, Elegant Table Inspired By A Love For The Color, Pink

Welcome to the 926th Tablescape Thursday! Brenda, in coordination with Tom, her wonderful hubby, created a beautiful spring table setting that was perfect for Mother’s Day. Brenda said, “I had this table envisioned even before I set it. I did not use a tablecloth this time, as I took some inspiration from Susan, who rarely uses tablecloths. The whole table, from the dinnerware /runner/glassware, is Famille Rose from Williams-Sonoma.” (Famille Rose is available here: Famille Rose.)

“This dinnerware was a Mother’s Day gift from my husband, Tom. Tom is the helper and idea man behind a lot of the table settings I do.”

Brenda found her charger plates in Williams-Sonoma, too. (Charger Plates are available here: Scalloped Charger Plates, available in two colors.) Brenda shared, “We debated whether the napkins should be on top of the plate (his idea) or mine beside. I really like it both ways. The peacocks on the napkin rings I bought years ago, I think at Pier One Imports.”

Brenda said, “Everybody goes crazy here for anything Jillian Harris sells. She also sells “Jilly Boxes” that are packed with goodies for a set price; you do not know what you are getting, but the value of the goodies is a lot more.”

Brenda said, “The Pottery vase is from a pottery maker on the east coast of Canada that did a line depicting Jillian Harris, who loves pink.”

Brenda found her beautiful candlesticks on Etsy, and they match her dishes! Brenda said, “I found someone on Etsy who does candles to match your dishes. They turned out incredible! (You’ll find that Etsy shop here: Handmade Candles to Match China.) The pink candle holders are on sale for Prime Day here: Pink Candle Holders.

Thanks so much to Brenda and Tom for sharing this beautiful, elegant table for this week’s Tablescape Thursday!

If you are participating in Tablescape Thursday, please be sure to add your permalink below, and not your general blog address. To get your permalink, click on your post name, then copy and paste the address showing in the address bar, into the “url” box when you link up. You’ll need to include a link in your post back to the party to link up and participate. That’s so visitors to your blog will be able to find the party and the other Tablescape Thursday participants. Requiring a link back also prevents businesses and scammers from linking up to sell their products. Please, don’t add your post name/blog name ALL IN CAPS…it tends to create big spaces between the rows of links. Please do not link up table settings that were just recently shared in the last few weeks for Tablescape Thursday.
