Welcome to the 890th Tablescape Thursday! With Halloween just a couple of weeks away, I wanted to share a Halloween table. But I had one problem. Six ravens flew in and stole all the napkins. Yup, that’s what happened. They made off with all of them!

Unfortunately, I didn’t have any other napkins that would work with this table, not even some plain white ones. Hopefully, you’ll enjoy this table anyway.

These Trick-or-Treat plates were a find in HomeGoods several years back. Chargers are from Horchow in 2008. The dinner plate is part of a pattern by Ciroa named Wicked.

Here’s a picture from a previous table showing the salad plate that goes with that set. It’s definitely my favorite china pattern for Halloween.

I’ve had these heavy, wooden ravens for many years. They were a find in Hobby Lobby several years back. They are my favorite Halloween decoration. I just love how sturdy and well-made they are, and how they were designed in so many fun poses.

Forgotten where I found these pillar candle holders. It was probably Marshalls or HomeGoods. The arched black cat stemware was from Overstockdotcom several years back.

A raven’s-eye view…

Looking forward to the wonderful tables linked for this week’s Tablescape Thursday!

If you are participating in Tablescape Thursday, please be sure to add your permalink below, and not your general blog address. To get your permalink, click on your post name, then copy and paste the address showing in the address bar, into the “url” box when you link up. You’ll need to include a link in your post back to the party to link up and participate. That’s so visitors to your blog will be able to find the party and the other Tablescape Thursday participants. Requiring a link back also prevents businesses and scammers from linking up to sell their products. Please, don’t add your post name/blog name ALL IN CAPS…it tends to create big spaces between the rows of links. Please do not link up table settings that were just recently shared in the last few weeks for Tablescape Thursday.

Hi Susan,
Fun Halloween tablescape! We love crows here (the real ones) because they’re such interesting birds — so smart!! I really like your plates and wooden ravens! Thank you for hosting “Tablescape Thursday” and have a great day.
Denise
I do, too. They are so smart! In Georgia, I had a pair that would come down to my deck rail and caw for me to bring out peanuts. I bet you’re right, my wooden ones are probably Ravens.
Susan, I’ve been having fun with a crow theme this year. Crows don’t scare me, they intrigue me. I find them smart and clever.
I agree! I’ve seen some amazing videos on IG and you’re right, they are amazingly smart.
Cute table setting! Love the old crows!!
Thanks, Linda!

Really like the raven lunch plate. It would be fun to use one in a seasonal grouping on a console or mantel etc.
I really like them, too!
