I’m doing it backwards today. My post for today is taking a lot longer than I thought it would (took too many photos) so instead of posting a book from the BNOTP library at the end of the day, I’ll go ahead and share it now. Today’s book is for the china and dishware lovers…raising my hand! 🙂
In the BNOTP Library: Decorating with China and Glass
Author: Caroline Clifton-Mogg
Hardcover: 192 pages
Book size: 10.2 x 9.4 x 0.8
3 Things I Like About This Book:
- Beautiful table settings throughout…definitely a book for those of us who love dishware and love beautiful tablescapes
- Lots of great ideas for displaying dishes, stemware, serveware, etc.. on shelves, walls and mixed with other decorative pieces
- Lots of pictures of gorgeous antique and vintage china…just lovely!
You can read more about this book, Decorating with China and Glass and preview it at Amazon, where I normally buy my books, via the picture link below.
You’ll find previously featured books from the BNTOP library here: In The BNOTP Library or just click below.
Susan, not sure if you have it, but a book I have enjoyed very much is The Perfect Setting by Peri Wolfman and Charles Gold – copyright 1985 and paperback edition copyright 2000
Thanks for that recommendation, Sonia! I thought I had it at first but I just checked and the one I have by them is, “Great Settings.” I also have the book, “A Place for Everything: Organizing the Stuff of Life” by Peri Wolfman. I think I’ll order The Perfect Setting because I like their other books very much! Thanks again for that suggestion! XO
Ah, I don’t have “Great Settings”…will have to order it…!
Thanks!
I so look forward to book recommendation time! Thanks for another great book.
Thanks, Mary! 🙂
