Welcome to the 722nd Tablescape Thursday!
All my tables are currently still in this state.
They are covered in dishes and other table setting paraphernalia. The garage flooring will be going in next week and then I’ll be able to put everything back where it goes. Really looking forward to that!
With summer more than halfway over, I’ve been checking out some of the sales on spring/summer dinnerware–and there are some really good ones going on like this Lenox Butterfly Meadow dinnerware set for 6. It was originally $600 and is now marked down to $239.99. Wow, that’s a great sale! The reviews are excellent for this dinnerware, makes me want a set! You’ll find it on sale here: Butterfly Meadow, Service for 6. The coordinating tablecloth is on sale here: Butterfly Meadow Tablecloth.
This beautiful sheer glassware collection is also on sale–it’s more than 1/2 half! You’ll find it on sale here: Sheer Glassware in Beautiful Colors.
I’m seriously eyeing these Lemon plates…I love them! I like the price a lot, too…just $36 for four dinner plates! You’ll find these available here: Lemon Dinnerware.
The matching salad plates are available here: Lemon Salad Plates. Bowls are available here: Lemon Bowls.
Today it feels rather fall-ish here in Ohio where I am visiting with family for a few days. It’s super overcast and the temps are really moderate for this time of year and it has me thinking ahead to autumn. I think this fall I may try to do a few more tables that aren’t in typical autumn colors, like this one below. (See more of this table here: Blue Willow & Floral Pumpkin Centerpiece for Autumn.)
Do you remember the green, braided chargers I added to my collection last year? They sold out pretty quickly last year and weren’t available again for several months. I was scoping out the “new arrivals” this morning and was happy to see these are back in stock. They are great for Christmas, but also for other days throughout the year. I loved using the green one for St. Patrick’s Day.
I think they are priced reasonably considering they are glass and quite heavy/substantial. If you’re in need of chargers for autumn or Christmas, you’ll find these available here: Braided Glass Chargers in Red and Green. The red also works well for Valentine’s Day or patriotic holidays.
Are you planning ahead for autumn or still just relishing the warm summer days? Happy Summer!
Looking forward to all the beautiful table settings linked for this week’s Tablescape Thursday!
Did you know Between Naps On The Porch is on Instagram? You’ll find me on Instagram here: Between Naps On The Porch.

I’m not sure I’m “relishing” our summer days lately here in the ATL! I am looking forward to your next table! Lemons seem to be everywhere this year in dinnerware — I might want to replace my melamine ones. hmmmm
I bet you’re anxious to have your table tops back! I’m looking forward to your new garage and seeing all those dishes tucked into their new homes. Love your atypical autumn colors too. I’m inspired (as always) to try something a little different this year. Thanks so much for hosting the party, and Happy Thursday!
I’ve had Butterfly Meadow on my Easter table for many years. Absolutely love the pattern, and the accessories are bountiful. My Hubby gifted me with the tea set last birthday!
Rosie, I was thinking that set would be lovely for Easter. A nice change from bunnies everywhere.
I hope you don’t pass up that fabulous savings on the Butterfly Meadow dinnerware. It’s beautiful! Reminds me of some pretty spring dinnerware with birds and butterflies I bought from Pier 1 years ago. Love them. I miss Pier 1. 🙁
The lemon plates are perfect, too. They just seem happy. You need those in your collection. I found some pretty dish towels with a pretty lemon print at Hobby Lobby last week. I’m going back for the plates today after seeing these. I think I can mix and match them with some really pretty green dishes I have.

I hope you’re having a nice time with family, Susan. It’s funny you mentioned that it felt Fall-ish because last night in the pool I had that feeling – like it was an early fall day. Strange for July, but rather nice! I love everything you posted today. That Butterfly Meadow is gorgeous and what a great price for service for six! I would love that for an Easter table. And I have been hankering and yearning for lemon dishware for some years now. I was seeing some gorgeous sets, even before Pier 1 went belly-up. But I keep talking myself out of getting them. I love, love, love the colors of those glasses! And those red and green chargers are still so tempting. This was a great post. I’ll be curious to see what you come up with for your non-autumnal colors in your Fall posts. The one above was done so well. And blue and orange – perfect for Broncos fans. 😀 Have fun!
Enjoy your visit in OH. We’ve gotten so much rain this past week, it’s got me thinking toward fall….but, the humidity here is ridiculous, and quickly reminds us it’s still mid-summer.
I love those green charger plates. And if you don’t have lemon plates already, I say buy them!
I’m enjoying summer but the signs of autumn are starting to appear. It makes me want to start fall planning.
It is not feeling at all like fall here in Pennsylvania. It is 88 here today but we are supposed to have a nice weekend. I can’t wait to see your finished garage project. In the meantime, enjoy your family.
I’m telling you guys are missing out by not checking out the Dollar Tree for dishes. They had the prettiest lemon plates recently. May still have some. Can’t wait to see your organized cabinets. And your garage makeover. Enjoy the cool for a while!
Thanks, Sheri! I can’t wait to get it all finished. Good to know about the lemon plates!
Susan, I bought the copper solar outdoor lights based on your recommendation. They are lovely, very easy to install and have been in for one night. So anxious to see them tonight after fully charging. Thanks for the super recommendation. Gayle
I hope you love them, Gayle. I’m crazy about mine…love looking out at them in the evening. They are just sooo pretty! I can’t get over how long they last each evening, even turned up to the highest setting.

I’m not ready for summer to end yet! Thanks for hosting and enjoy your weekend!
Shelley
Thanks so much for hosting this week!
Hi Susan,
I think you would enjoy the Lenox Butterfly Meadow dishes if you choose to get them. I have had mine for several years, and I love them. They seem to be very well made. The lemon dishes are pretty, too. I never met a lemon I didn’t like. 😀 I hope you’re having a good summer, and thank you for hosting “Tablescape Thursday.” Have a great weekend!!
Hugs,
Denise
The lemon plates are so pretty! I recently purchased a lemon skirt from Talbots.
