Happy Weekend! I hope you’re having a great one! Today I’m sharing some of my favorites from the month of June and a recent discovery that has been such a great find! I’ve often seen short sets with a longer tunic-style top like the one pictured below, but they were always made of polyester, acrylic, spandex, or one of the fabrics I really don’t enjoy wearing. I was so surprised to find this one is 100% cotton. It’s available in several pretty colors, and I decided to order it in this blue/white gingham design. Oh my gosh, I am in love with this set! I liked it so much after it arrived that I immediately purchased a second one in the blue/white color since it’s my favorite of the color combos available. I always love a backup of a dress or outfit if I really, really like it. I shared it with a friend who also ordered one and loved it. Since it almost feels bespoke when I’m wearing it and is so reasonably priced, I ordered it again in several more color combinations. The shorts are designed with elastic only in the back, and they feel so comfortable! I cannot recommend this adorable shorts/top outfit enough! I find it to be so pretty and figure-flattering. A few days later, I discovered it was available in a longer dress-like style and decided to give it a try. Again, I love it! It’s so comfortable, and it makes you feel pretty and pulled-together while wearing it. I know that sounds weird. Have you ever worn something that made you feel that way? It is just such a cute, stylish outfit, and so comfortable! For me, it runs true to size, and the length is perfect. I could definitely see wearing this for a casual evening out to dinner or to a summer outdoor party. It would be perfect to take along on a beach vacation. Amazingly, even though it’s all-cotton, it doesn’t seem to wrinkle very much at all when I’m wearing it. I’ve now ordered this style in several colors. I’m so impressed with the quality of both of these outfits. I hope this company continues to make these kinds of clothes because finding quality cotton (and linen) pieces can be difficult, especially at an affordable price. They’ve made a fan of me! Okay, onto our June favorites! Of course these adorable sneakers had to make my favorite’s list. I’ve worn these several times and really like them.
I also purchased them in white and have worn them a few times, including today. Of course, these look great with shorts, jeans, and slacks, but they surprisingly look really cute with casual summer dresses. I didn’t have a brush that I liked here at the Dollhouse, so I ordered this boar-bristle brush, and it’s awesome! This is one of those brushes that makes you feel like every single strand of hair on your head is being brushed. I love how it feels and how it makes my hair look. Love, love, love this garden hose holder! It works so well and is the easiest way I’ve found to corral my front yard hose. You’ll find it available here: Garden Hose Holder.

Love how this HDPE furniture that’s so similar to Polywood looks and functions. (Polywood is also HDPE construction.) I especially love its wood-grain finish look and curved seating. The decorative pillows I ordered for this outdoor seating area arrived, and I can’t wait to share how those look. I’ve purchased the propane tank for the fire pit, so it won’t be long before we’ll be firing it up for a s’mores party here in the backyard. We’ve had so much fun with this stroller I ordered for the kitties in June! When I bring it into the house, the cats immediately hop in, ready for a stroll! One warning: Once you start taking your cats or small dogs out for strolls, they will stand at the door and ask to go! The best way to deal with that is to have a particular time frame, like in the evening or morning, when you usually take them for a ride.
