It arrived early! I ordered this wreath from Lynch Creek Farm around November 24th and it arrived this past Monday, well before the original projected delivery date.
I love how it looks; it’s exactly like the photo I saw online! I was surprised by how wet it was. LCF must spray them well before they bag them to ship them out. It was so incredibly fresh, like the greenery was picked that same day!
I love how it looks on my door! The photos on their website are truly accurate. The monogrammed doormat is another update I recently made for the Dollhouse porch.
I ordered this doormat for the Georgia house many years back. I liked it so much, after 5 years when it began to show some fading, I ordered the exact same mat for a second time. I placed the original one at my back door since it was still beautiful. The mat I ordered for the Georgia house appears to be discontinued so I chose a different one for the Dollhouse front porch. A quality-made monogrammed doormat really does something for a front entrance. They add a touch of elegance and give the whole porch a big facelift. I never realized how important the doormat was until I ordered my first one of this type of quality. Since they are such great quality, they look beautiful for a long time. My first one lasted 5 years before it started to show some fading from the west sun that streams across my porch in the late afternoon.
You’ll find the one I ordered for the Dollhouse on sale here: Monogrammed Door Mat. If you plan to order one, be sure to measure for the best size for your door/porch. The size I always order is the 30″ x 48″. By the way, ignore the delivery date you get in the confirmation email. I’ve ordered this rug twice now, once for myself and once for my son/DIL, and both times it gave a delivery date way out into January, and both times the mat arrived about a week later. I have no idea why their website projects delivery times so far out. I wonder how many people start to order and then don’t because of those far-out delivery dates. Anyway, both our doormats arrived about a week after they were ordered. They have a lot of beautiful, monogrammed mats from which to choose, and most are on sale right now. (See all the available mats on sale here: Monogrammed Doormats.)
Here are a few more views of the wreath…love this wreath! Sorry about the shadows, the sun was hitting just the lower half of the wreath when I took these photos.
This is my second year ordering from Lynch Creek Farm and I doubt it will be my last. I’m so impressed with the quality and size of their wreaths. They don’t skimp on anything!
They even included straw in the birdhouse for the nest. 🙂
I need to go shopping for wreaths for the windows of the Dollhouse. I think it’s going to be a challenge since the windows on the front vary in size a fair amount. I would love to put wreaths on the windows, though!

I love the wreath, you’re going to have so much fun with your family!
Thanks, Wendy! ♥
A fresh wreath smells so good!
It does, I noticed that as soon as I opened the box. The smell was wonderful!
Thanks, Lorelei!
Did you have to put together the house and bird on or did everything come attached by the company?
It all came on the wreath…you can see it here: https://lynchcreekwreaths.com/products/wildlife-adventure
The wreath is perfect. I also love your old fashioned storm door. Very charming!.
Thanks, Mary Lee! It’s as old as the house so it dates back to 1938. My son and DIL’s house the same style door on their front door.
So glad you made this post! Have seen these wreaths online and wondered how they would arrive after being in a box for days or weeks. Your photos answered that question — the look great! Happy holidays to you and your family!
I get the impression from their website that the wreaths are made as ordered so you’re getting fresh greenery/wreaths when they arrive. Shipping is super fast, so they arrive quickly after they are boxed up. I couldn’t believe how wet this one was. Last year, the wreath was fresh but didn’t feel like it was sprayed with water 5 minutes ago. lol It could not have been any more fresh!
The wreath does look just like its picture! That plaid birdhouse is too cute. Curious how you hung it on the door, on such a skinny piece of wood.
Thanks, Mia! There was already a very small nail in the wood mullion of the door. It’s not hard to add a nail to a wood French/storm door as long as the mullions are wood, too. I’ve done it on one of the wood French doors that goes out to my screened porch at the Georgia house, and yesterday, I added a skinny nail to the French door that leads out to the sunporch here since I am thinking about hanging a wreath on that door, too. The doors in this house are all original from 1938, so the wood mullions are heavy/thick. That makes it very easy to add a small nail into the mullion at an angle.
Beautiful wreath! If you save the bow and decorations you can add them yourself to an undecorated wreath next year. I do that every year!
True! I will have to do that. Thanks, Margot!
Your wreath is beautiful. How nice to have a fresh wreath that smells so good.
Thanks, Nan! I’m kinda hooked on order from them now. I love how fresh and big the wreaths are and they always arrive quickly.
That wreath truly is beautiful. It looks so lush and festive against the red door.
And I bet it smells amazing. I like the new mat, as well. I bet you’re having fun adding these touches to the Dollhouse. 😀
Thanks, Pam! It does smell wonderful! I am, there is just so much I want to do at once!
I had a wreath from LCF last year that I put on my fireplace that I finally took down around the first of February! lol I ordered another this year but mine won’t be shipped until the 16th of December. I’m really looking forward to getting it hung. I really like your wreath also.
Your door is just beautiful…I have ordered from Lynch Creek for about 5 years. I love their wreaths. I keep mine up until the end of February or 1st of March. They last that long with a spritz of water on occasion. I love to save the beautiful bows and use them on artificial wreaths the next year.
Everything is looking so wonderful at the Doll House. Enjoy the Holidays!!
I purchased from Lynch Creek Farms before and they are an absolutely positively amazing company. My stuff was SO fresh and lasted SO long. Great customer service. Can’t say enough good things about them. Your wreath is perfect on that sweet red door. Drove past Dayton today on way back from Indiana and thought of you. : – )
