Welcome to the 777th Tablescape Thursday! I always start feeling a bit nostalgic as we move through the month of August. The weather here in Georgia usually feels like summer well into, and sometimes all the way through, the month of September, but I know for a lot of people, the end of August signals the close of summer, especially once Labor Day hits.
For this week’s Tablescape Thursday, to celebrate these last few weeks of summer, I’m sharing the porch hutch decked out in a fun, seaside, beach-loving style. I love all seaside motifs! My kitchen is the color of your hutch cabinet, and I wouldn’t have thought that the cyan blue would match well with it, but it looks wonderful!
Such pretty soft blues in the first two–makes me think of June when summer feels fresh. But this late in summer, I am more drawn to the 3rd one with the faded or sun-washed reds.
I love all the versions, especially the ones with the beach pails full of shells, so cute! Thanks Susan!

Your hutches are always so pretty and fun! I love the seaside themes, and that soft blue is so lovely with the green background. I’m holding on to summer too. We really have no choice here, since we’ve been having our record-breaking heat in the PNW.
