Welcome to the 873rd Tablescape Thursday! I am a tad under the weather this week, but I’ve been working on a beach-themed table that I’m looking forward to sharing with you next week. Today, I have several beautiful settings to share that I know you’re going to love!
Debra put together this beautiful candlelit table for Easter this year.
Her dinnerware is Memory Lane by Royal—such a pretty pattern!
Pink and white tulips in a candlelight centerpiece are perfect with her Memory Lane dinnerware. Thanks so much to Debra for sharing this beautiful spring table setting!
Deri, in responding to another reader’s comment asking about shell and sea glass chargers she had crafted, shared these wonderful images with me. Deri said, “I had lots of fun making these after watching your post on how to do them.”
I love blue and green together, it’s one of my favorite color combinations, so I was so excited to see these seaglass chargers Deri created for her summer, beach-themed tablescapes! Notice how skillfully she fit the sea glass pieces together like an intricate puzzle.
Wow! I love them in this colorful summer setting! Notice the cute life ring napkin rings! (Similar ones are available here: Life Buoy Napkin Rings.) I need some of those for my beachy table settings! Love the colorful flatware—it’s perfect with this setting! I love how Deri placed the dessert in a beach pail! What a great idea! And the napkin looks like a sailboat! Such a fun, fun table for summer!
Deri’s sea glass chargers look great with David Carter Brown’s nautical plates. I love his patterns and it’s normal availble on eBay.
Deri didn’t say in her email, but I believe she made the shell charger plates she’s using in this beach-themed table setting. Notice the tiny starfish mixed in among the shells. If I could find tiny, faux starfish, those would be so fun to add to my existing shell chargers! Love everything about this seaside-inspired table! (You’ll find a tutorial for making shell charger plates here: DIY Shell Charger Plates.)
Thanks so much to Debra and Deri for sharing their beautiful spring/summer table settings! Looking forward to the beautiful table settings linked for this week’s Tablescape Thursday!
If you are participating in Tablescape Thursday, please be sure to add your permalink below, and not your general blog address. To get your permalink, click on your post name, then copy and paste the address showing in the address bar, into the “url” box when you link up. You’ll need to include a link in your post back to the party to link up and participate. That’s so visitors to your blog will be able to find the party and the other Tablescape Thursday participants. Requiring a link back also prevents businesses and scammers from linking up to sell their products. Please, don’t add your post name/blog name ALL IN CAPS…it tends to create big spaces between the rows of links. Please do not link up table settings that were just recently shared in the last few weeks for Tablescape Thursday.
Debra’s red and white transfer ware is beautiful. Deri’s colorful beach place setting is fun! I love the blue/green glass chargers.
Sorry to hear you’re under the weather, Susan. I hope you’ll take it easy (hard for you, I know!) and get some rest. And thanks for sharing these tablescapes.
I love Debra’s centerpiece. Not sure if that’s a mason jar, but the tulips look great in it. And those adorable little salt and pepper shakers that match the pretty plates are so cute. I like that she has a pair for each end of the table.
Deri’s hand make chargers look so pretty. Like you, I love the color combo. I’ll have to see if beach glass can be purchased in various colors. Deri, if you see And yes, I love the boat napkin fold and the little life ring napkin rings, lol. So fun.
I hope you’re feeling better in no time, Susan.
All such pretty table settings. Debra’s Easter table is so beautiful and I love Deri’s nautical tables. She did a fantastic job on her shell and sea glass chargers. Thank you for sharing, and as always, for hosting!
Sorry to hear you are under the weather. Maybe it’s all that pollen on the porch.
Both tables are beautiful, creative and unique. What does it say about us as a group if we love the blue green colors ? Says we are creative.
Those chargers are amazing, but where did you get that color charger to add the sea glass ? Great job.
Beautiful tablescapes!!!
Get well soon.
