Welcome to the 919th Tablescape Thursday! Brenda has done it again, created a spring table so beautiful, I immediately feel the urge to run off to Williams Sonoma today and go shopping! I told Brenda that it was definitely her fault if I succumbed to buying more dishes this spring! lol

Brenda said, “This table is a combination of what I had, and I added those gorgeous hydrangea plates from William Sonoma. I just love hydrangeas! We have so many on the farm, and I love picking them to dry inside or making wreaths from them.” (Hydrangea Plates are available here: Hydrangea Salad Plates.)

I fell madly in love with Brenda’s beautiful tablecloth, but alas, it will not work on the two tables that I normally dine at during the spring and summer months. Not sure why, but Williams Sonoma appears to have only made this gorgeous hydrangea tablecloth available in one size: 70″ x 108″. Sadly, that is way too large for my breakfast room table or my porch table. I thought about buying one and then having it altered to fit the porch table, but that would involve cutting away too much of the beautiful design that cascades down the sides. I hope WS brings this tablecloth back again next year in other shapes and sizes—would love it in a round shape for my breakfast room table, too. (Hydrangea tablecloth is available here: Hydrangea Tablecloth.)

Brenda found her pretty deep-blue hydrangeas on Amazon. I need to order more faux flowers this spring. They have become so realistic-looking, and it’s so nice to have them when you don’t have anything blooming in the garden and can’t get to market for fresh flowers.

Brenda found her beautiful hydrangea salad plates at Williams Sonoma here: Hydrangea Salad Plates.

Gorgeous Napkins and I love those green cabbage plates! (Cabbage plates are available here: Cabbage Plates, and the beautiful hydrangea napkins are available here: Hydrangea Napkins.) Brenda believes she found her rattan chargers at Amazon. You’ll find those available here: Rattan Charger Plates.

Brenda said, “I also love combining many different patterns of plates together. The silverware is from Home Sense. The wine and iced tea style glasses are a Denby pattern from many years ago.”

Love how all the salad plates showcase a different variety/color of hydrangea. (Hydrangea salad plates are available here: Hydrangea Salad Plates.)

Brenda shared, “I added these adorable Jelly Cats to the table from a local store here. I thought they were perfect for the table and added a bit of whimsy to the table. I am a true Gardner at heart and just love adding that element to my tables.”

Brenda said, “We are all set for an amazing dinner party, and yes, Tom added his thoughts as the table progressed.” Tom, Brenda’s husband, can also set a beautiful table as we’ve seen in the past. How lucky is Brenda to have a hubby who shares her love for beautiful tables and entertaining!

Love how Brenda prepared her sideboard for dessert. Those napkins are so pretty! (Napkins are available here: Hydrangea Napkins.)

Thanks so much to Brenda for sharing this beautiful spring table! Such a joy to see! I just noticed that I don’t see any snow out those windows. It looks like spring has made its way to Canada! Whoo, hoo! Happy Spring!

Looking forward to all the beautiful table settings linked for this week’s Tablescape Thursday!

To get your permalink, click on your post name, then copy and paste the address showing in the address bar, into the “url” box when you link up. You’ll need to include a link in your post back to the party to link up and participate. That’s so visitors to your blog will be able to find the party and the other Tablescape Thursday participants. Requiring a link back also prevents businesses and scammers from linking up to sell their products. Please, don’t add your post name/blog name ALL IN CAPS…it tends to create big spaces between the rows of links. Please do not link up table settings that were just recently shared in the last few weeks for Tablescape Thursday.

Just beautiful!!!
I loved this post as I have caught the Blue Hydrangea fever! I bought a set of china, pillows, and tablecloth and am using it as my spring decorating. FYI,
Home Goods has Blue hydrangea tablecloths in all sizes; that’s where I got mine.
Can you show the A and B kitties again soon? They are so adorable and seem to have adopted your Georgia house now as home.
Great job by Brenda & Tom! I am borderline obsessed with hydrangeas. To me they are the perfect flower with their blooms. And I love all the varieties of them. I even decorated the guest room in my former home with hydrangea pattern wallpaper border & hydrangea curtains. I have 2 hydrangea doilies & of course, my former home had a hydrangea bush at the front entrance. I really like the way the sideboard is set up. It’s a win, win dinner party for sure!
Oh that is lovely! Brenda did an amazing job, and you’re right, the WS linens and plates are beautiful! Thanks to both of you for sharing, and you for hosting, as always! Take care – I love the inspiration here!!
What a beautiful table Brenda has set! WS always has such lovely collections and this one is no exception. The hydrangea salad plates look perfect on the cabbageware and the linens are gorgeous. I have the same problem with the tablecloth dimensions as you do Susan as they are typically too big for my table but it looks just lovely here. Her guests will feel very special at this table. Thanks for sharing and hosting and happy Thursday!
Thanks Susan. The link works now
by doing nothing. Some sort of delay.
Awesome! Glad it works, Myrna!
Beautiful! What a lovely Spring tablescape. I love everything about it. The soft blues are so pretty. I always like a mix of floral and checks. This is just a pretty, “happy” table. I’m glad Brenda has Tom to help with design, AND, be the muscle, lol. 😀 Thanks, Susan and Brenda. And Tom.
