Last Minute Christmas Gift Ideas & These Should All Arrive Before Christmas

It’s down to crunch time for completing our Christmas shopping this year. Last night, I put together a list of gifts that were showing they would arrive before Christmas Day. Starting with my favorite winter slippers (actually, I wear them almost all year round) these slippers are incredibly warm and cozy. You’ll find the men’s slippers available here: Men’s Tasman II Slipper, and the women’s slippers are available here: Women’s Tasman II Slipper.

If you have little ones on your list, check out all the cute LEGO Creator collections. They are usually reasonably priced, especially for Legos, and most appear to arrive before Christmas. This cute set will make any of the adorable doggies shown on the box. You’ll find it available here: Lego Doggies.

I’ve shared this phone holder several times before. After all these years, I still use mine several times a week. This would make a great gift or a great stocking stuffer. You’ll find it available here: Phone Holder.

Book Nooks are so much fun to build! If you have someone on your list who loves crafts and is a book lover, I think they would enjoy this library book nook. You’ll find a bunch of different book nooks available in various themes here: Book Nook. They look great on a bookshelf once completed, especially when lit! (See the one I completed here: Book Nook.)

A beautiful crystal Swarovski snowflake ornament is a great gift for the hard-to-buy-for person. This picture doesn’t do the ornament justice; it’s so much prettier in person! You’ll find this year’s Swarovski Snowflake ornament available here: Swarovski 2025 Ornament.

Have a Stanley tumbler fan on your list? I have three now and I’m trying to stop at that number, but the beautiful lilac color, Hydrangea, is tempting me. You’ll find these handy Stanley Tumblers available in 5 different sizes here: Stanley Tumbler in 5 Sizes.

Have someone on your Christmas list who loves to hunt, camp, fish, or just spend lots of great time outdoors? This “survival kit” seems to have everything the outdoor lover would want. You’ll find it available here: Survival Kit, Great for Hiking and Camping.

I purchased this sweater for both my son and my DIL several years back, thinking it would be a sweater they would only wear when we were watching the movie, Christmas Vacation. Turns out, my son often wears his during the Christmas season, especially when getting together with friends. My grandsons liked it so much, I ended up buying one for each of them, although they are a little large on them right now. I was impressed with the quality when I saw it in person—it felt so well-made, and the fabric felt really nice.  So I ended up buying one for myself, as well. If you have a Christmas Vacation movie fan on your Christmas list, this would be a great gift for them this year. You’ll find it available here: Christmas Vacation Sweater.

Recently, I was asked in a comment where to find the fun Christmas Vacation gift wrapping paper that I used a few years back. I love this paper and have continued using it over the years. Thankfully, it hasn’t been discontinued! It must be a popular design since they keep bringing it back every year.

I ordered this curling iron, but ended up returning it since I don’t think my hair is quite long enough for it just yet. If I continue letting my hair grow out, I will buy it again because I love how it works in the many videos I’ve seen online. If you have someone on your list who has long hair, check out the reviews for this curler. You’ll find it available here: TYMO Rotating Curling Iron.

Heated throws are always very much appreciated gifts. Here are two that have great reviews and state that they will arrive before Christmas. Heated Throw.

Love the design of this one: Plaid Heated Throw, Green and Black Check.

I love the look of this one, but I don’t think it would arrive before Christmas. It looks so luxurious and cozy. You’ll find it available here: Heated Throw.

Merry Christmas Shopping!

Thank you Susan for mentioning the beautiful Christmas wrapping paper I had asked about. I love your blog and look forward to your list of favorites every month, I have bought quite a few of the things you have mentioned and have loved everything I have bought. Merry Christmas to you and your family!

    • Thanks so much, Connie! I hope you got my reply to your comment, I think I replied yesterday. If it didn’t get through to you, would you please let me know? Hopefully, it got through to your Inbox. I wouldn’t want you to think I didn’t reply.

  2. Super list! For the wrapping paper, I wonder how it would look to put individual vehicles in little frames and place around on a bookshelf or something?

A heated soft throw will be perfect to get all cozy w/ through the cold winter days. Thank you for all the effort to find such great gifts every year–so appreciated! Wishing you and yours a very “Merry Christmas” and all good things in the New Year. BTW, A & B are adorable–so fun seeing all their antics. Hugs!

    • Thanks, Bobbi! I ordered the check one in a “full” size for movie nights. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas!
Aww, thanks! They’ve stolen our hearts around here. ♥

Did you see the Christmas Vacation ornaments at Pottery Barn? They’re cute and on sale. More pics of cute kittens please!

Just watched the Griswalds and their Christmas antics the other day. I will love that movie forever and that sweater made me laugh out loud. What a great one.

Sorry about the curling iron. I know we discussed it – never thought to asking how long your hair is. My entire family has very long hair and the niece I said has that one has hers past her waist.

Just getting over the flu, if you can even believe that. And that was with a vaccination for it a month ago. So I am keeping my computer time to the bare minimum, so this may be my only opportunity to wish you and your family a very blessed and happy Christmas and a peaceful healthy new year. Hope you are healing well. Hugs.

Your pictures of the Adorable Kitties are wonderful! What joy they’ve brought to your life…and sounds like the rest of your family as well. More Kitty A and B pictures please! What food are you feeding them? I use Churu and a combination of 3-4 different kinds of crunchies (dried food)
The Tate House pix were great but the DR was a little too overdecorated for me.
And I used to be in the silk floral business!

    • I’m feeding them the same thing they were eating at the shelter, which is Science Diet dry kitten food. Once a day, I mix in a little of the Science Diet canned kitten food. I’ll have to check out the Churu. I think I’ve seen that being used for sick or rescue kittens that are afraid, when they are trying to get close to them. I didn’t realize they made regular food.
Yup, it’s over the top. I think they were going for a fantasy look with such opulent decorations.

Merry Christmas Susan! Just wanted to say thank you for the great content you provide through the year. I enjoy every post! My hat’s off to you. I can barely keep up with my condo. And you’re managing two homes. I learn something from you every single week! Your knowledge is appreciated!

I'd love to hear from you! Please leave a comment!
