Welcome to the 908th Tablescape Thursday! I am counting down the days until I am back in Georgia, where I have access to my dinnerware, flatware, etc, again. In the meantime, let’s celebrate the coming of spring, which will soon be here—well, maybe not in Ohio, but definitely in Georgia. Over the years, I’ve learned that spring shows up about a month later here in Ohio than it does in Georgia. I wonder how far up my daffodils are right now. I bet they are starting to bud now. I should be back in time to see them bloom. I am looking forward to setting spring tables with beautiful daffodil centerpieces! In the meantime, here are three spring/summer tables to enjoy. (Click the title link to view that table setting in detail.)

Bonus: If you love beach-themed table settings, these last few weeks of winter would be a great time to create shell chargers. They are easy to make, just a little time-consuming—a great project to do while watching a favorite movie or listening to a book. You’ll find a tutorial for making these sea glass and shell charger plates here: DIY Sea Glass and Shell Charger Plates.

Looking forward to the beautiful tables linked for this week’s Tablescape Thursday!

If you are participating in Tablescape Thursday, please be sure to add your permalink below, and not your general blog address. To get your permalink, click on your post name, then copy and paste the address showing in the address bar, into the “url” box when you link up. You’ll need to include a link in your post back to the party to link up and participate. That’s so visitors to your blog will be able to find the party and the other Tablescape Thursday participants. Requiring a link back also prevents businesses and scammers from linking up to sell their products. Please, don’t add your post name/blog name ALL IN CAPS…it tends to create big spaces between the rows of links. Please do not link up table settings that were just recently shared in the last few weeks for Tablescape Thursday.

I live in the Atlanta area and I have seen some beautiful daffodils in glorious golden bloom in just the past few days. Other things are blooming as well and we are already getting pollen reports on the weather report!
Wish I was there to see it! Thanks for letting me know, Brenda! I love Georgia!
These are all such gorgeous settings. I know you must be frustrated, not having access to your many beautiful dish sets. But going back to revisit some of these tablescapes is inspiring. The Spode table is just gorgeous. And I love the cutlery and napkin fold, which are such elegant finishing touches. To sit on the porch on a Spring evening with a light breeze would be heavenly.
All the tables are beautiful and I’m glad to be reminded of them. I hope your temperatures are inching upward.
Thanks, Pam! It’s been great the last two days but the cold is coming back soon! Hope you are keeping warm!
Susan, joining in today with my Year of the Horse tea time held in a horse barn. Hope you will join me. Thanks for hosting.
Oh, that sounds interesting, Sarah!
Ah Spring! I bet it’s beautiful in Georgia right about now. I’m somewhere between your Ohio and Georgia weather – flowers trying to bloom through bursts of cold slushy rain! I love seeing your spring tables. Thanks for the inspiration, and I can’t wait to see what new tables you come up with when you’re back down south and settled in. Thanks so much for hosting, and Happy upcoming Weekend!
Dreading how dirty the porch must be right now, but looking forward to setting some tables out there after a deep cleaning. Glad you are seeing flowers, Barbara! Love that!
The only thing I miss living way south is spring. Spring is so invigorating. Not looking forward to another cold week. Given the news, are your grandsons home from skiing?
It is, and the Atlanta area is so beautiful during springtime. Almost! The kitties have missed them.
That table for two setting is especially adorable. Making my reservations soon
