Welcome to the 215th Tablescape Thursday! I’m so excited to share a fabulously spooky table from my friend, Bonnie. I must caution though, be sure to watch where you’re walking. Bonnie seems to have a bit of a bat and crow infestation in her home at the moment. I think I see one now above that gorgeous mirror. Shhh, if we’re really quiet, maybe we won’t disturb him.
Come have a seat, your place is right here…near Mr. Bat. 😉
Bonnie’s prepared a beautifully spooky table for us.
I absolutely love her star-studded tablecloth. Bonnie created it using a star-covered, sheer overlay she found at JoAnn’s. Love this idea…definitely filing this idea away for a future tablescape some day. It would be great for an Academy Awards dinner party, too!
Chandelier bowls are from HomeGoods a few years ago. So elegant and spooky at the same time. Great silver chargers!
Be careful when you remove your napkin ring…I’m pretty sure it’s alive!
Looks like the “blue hour” is approaching. Love the crow silhouetted against that blue hour sky. Do you know about the blue hour? You can learn more about how/when to capture it in your photos here: The Secret of the Blue Hour
Thirsty? Bonnie mixed up a tasty concoction beverage for us.
Since I’ve been here before, I’ll let you go first. No. Really. I insist. You get the first drink this evening!
What’s your poison…uhhh, I mean, what would you like? You have three choices! Mwahahahaha……..
I love how Bonnie decorates her hutch for each season and holiday! Autumn leaves adorn her beautiful chandelier.
Bonnie, thanks so much for having us for dinner this evening. We had so much fun!

Bonnie did an excellent job!!!!! SO elegant! I, too, really like the starred overlay! So pretty! The shape on those chargers is outta sight! Very different…and different is good! 🙂 I also like how she used the chandelier bowls. They’re perfect! Right on, Bonnie!!!!!!

Susan, Bonnie’s table is fabulous. I love the idea of the overlay. I am hitting my head, going duh duh duh and feeling a bit lacking! Love the chargers and the cute plates. What a lovely, elegant All Hallow’s Eve table! xo marlis
Marlis, your beautiful tables are never lacking! I’m hitting my head wondering why I’ve never thought to do a pretty overlay! 🙂 I’ll be copying that idea!
Bonny did a beautiful job with this tablescape for Halloween. I love the tablecloth, it makes a great happy contrast to the spooky elements she beautifully created here. Thank you for sharing this eery, but elegant Halloween tablescape, I love it! Thank you dear Susan for hosting yet, another terrific party for Halloween 2012 at Tablescape Thursday.

FABBY
This is a really cool table, and incorporates an idea I had myself. Mine will be nowhere near this elaborate! I adore her black candelabra — would love to know where they came from.

This is so pretty! I feel like such a loser as I look at my dining room table over flowing with last weeks laundry..I couldn’t even tell you the last time it was used to eat on…it’s nice to see people still do 🙂
Wow, she really made a elegantly spooky table! Love the studded tablecloth- great idea! Those skeleton candle heads are great too- but I think I may pass on the drinks!! When I look at this I feel as though this place setting is in a huge haunted mansion and Vampires are about to sit down to some caraffs of blood. I love it!
I’m coming to Bonnie’s for Halloween. It looks like she’ll have plenty to drink while we look around her beautiful table and hutch display. I bet she has the rest of her home decorated too! Fun fun post!

Thank you for sharing Bonnie’s wonderful table. I love, love, love it. The small details are wonderful, like the bomb chest in the backgroud, the chandelier with the autumn leaves, the lovely mirror, all makes this room and this magnificent table absolutely wonderful. I love her taste in the way she decorates. Very, very nice.
A little sophistication, a little fun, perfect wall colors for a spooky table.

So fun! i don’t usually think of a Halloween table being so elegant! Spooky! Thanks so much Susan!
So lovely – can’t it be spooky and lovely at the same time? I think she proved it can! I wish I had time to tablescape – but my artistry is focused on sewing costumes at the moment.
Thanks for hosting all these wonderful tablescapes, Susan! It’s always so inspiring to look at them. (I agree that the starry overlay is gorgeous and could be used any number of ways throughout the year.) Take care.
