I’m sure you are super busy with all your holiday decorating and preparations. I spent two solid days (Friday and Saturday) wrapping gifts. So happy to have that done. A few years back I used this adorable paper and I noticed recently that it is back again.
If you’re looking for a really cute, whimsical gift wrap for your gifts this year, you’ll find this one available here: Christmas Wrapping Paper.
I’m continuing to add to the “Shop” category at the top of the blog’s home page as I come across those pieces that I think would work great as gifts. I’m also adding to the other categories, as well. You’ll find my gift ideas here: Gift Ideas for Everyone.
Couldn’t remember if I had shared this recently. but I just gave my son one of these Cashmere Protection Pouches for storing his wool/cashmere sweaters. He recently had a hole appear in his favorite red cashmere sweater so I’m hoping this will protect his sweaters in the future.
If you’re giving a sweater as a gift this year or you have sweaters of your own that you would like to protect, I very much recommend this pouch. It’s super easy to use and gives me peace of mind that my nice wool/cashmere scarves are protected from moths and such. You’ll find this pouch available here: Cashmere Protection Pouch.
Hope I’m not repeating myself but wanted to share these flannel pants that I recently purchased since I’m living in them these days! I like them so much that I’ve already purchased two more pairs. They are perfect for wearing around the house in the wintertime, along with a cozy warm hoodie. I typically have a pair of THESE all-cotton thermal pants underneath with these flannel pants in Blackwatch plaid on top, and I’m as cozy and warm as you can get! You’ll find these comfy, cozy lounge pants (they also make great pajama bottoms) here: Flannel Black Watch Lounge Pants/Sleepwear.
Talbots has a great sale going right now and these are the items I’m eyeing in the sale. I love this whimsical Christmas sweater! They always have the cutest sweaters for holidays throughout the year!
Here’s a close-up of the design. The sweater is on sale 40% off here: Adorable Christmas Sweater. I really like the plaid top they’ve paired with it! It would go well with so many sweaters or worn alone. You’ll find the plaid shirt on sale here: Plaid Shirt.
I’m crazy about this beautiful quilted coat!
I love, love, love the woodland design and it looks so great with jeans!
It was originally $229, was marked down to $160, and is now on sale 50% off making it $79.99!I think that’s a steal for this jacket since that’s about the normal price of a shirt! The collar is removable, as well. You can read more about it here: Quilted Woodland Jacket.
I always have to recommend their vests because I have one and find it so versatile! Mine is an ivory color which is also on sale, but I do love the red, too! A quilted vest is perfect to wear over a beautiful sweater because it helps keep you warm without making you too hot. I never thought I’d be such a big fan of vests, but I love the freedom and movement they give you while keeping you nice and warm. This one is currently available in 4 colors and on sale 50% off here: Puffer Down Vest. You’ll find it in a pretty, festive plaid version (in two different plaids) here: Plaid Vests.
I love the coziness of Sherpa! This cozy sherpa jacket comes in two beautiful colors and I want them both! This is the warm caramel color; it’s also available in a pretty winter white/ivory color although the sizes are going fast. You’ll find both currently on sale 50% off here: Cozy Sherpa Shirt Jacket.
I’ve always loved this deep rich burgundy color for winter. I recently purchased a handbag in this color so love this color! This beautiful quilted burgundy jacket was $210, reduced to $150, and is now on sale for $75! You’ll find it on sale in burgundy and a pretty deep green/moss color here: Quilted Burgundy Coat.
Happy weekend shopping! See you tomorrow for Metamorphosis Monday!
I got that puffer vest in black on a clearance at their Cincinnati outlet back in March, and the jeggings with rhinestone buttons at the ankles. Love the fit of the jeggings, and have four pair now. So cute! I wore the rhinestone button trimmed jeggings to Nutcracker matinee yesterday, but it was too warm for the vest. But that gingerbread house purse was a definite eye catcher everywhere I went!
That’s one of the best Christmas sweaters ever!
