Welcome to the 249th Tablescape Thursday!
I’m excited to share another wonderful 4th of July table setting created by my friend, Marie. Marie always sets wonderful tablescapes for each holiday and this fabulous patriotic setting is in her breakfast area.
Marie found this fun dishware on eBay. So festive for a 4th of July celebration!
I’ve seen the flatware available on sale at Horchow but I found it for an even better price a few days ago on Amazon. I’ve been wanting to order some for a long time so when I came across it on Amazon for just $26.48 for four, 5-pc place settings, I decided it was time to order some.
It arrived super fast. I placed my order on June 16th and it arrived only two days later on the 18th! I was shocked at how quickly it arrived. So, if you need blue flatware for your 4th of July party, you may want to check it out. You’ll find it HERE.)
Aren’t those napkin rings adorable? Marie layered red napkin sheaths over navy blue napkins, keeping in the color scheme of this 4th of July table setting.
Loved Marie’s centerpiece!
She already had the Coca-Cola crate and she found the firecrackers and stars in Pier 1. What a fun centerpiece!
A final look…
Marie always decorates the center of her kitchen island for the seasons or holidays. I’ll be sharing some of the other fun 4th of July decor in Marie’s home in another post real soon.
Thanks so much to Marie for sharing her joy for holiday decorating with us. I absolutely love her sense of whimsy and spirit!

Welcome! Thanks for coming to the party!
Wish I could have a tour of what must be Marie’s dish and decoration storage room! It can’t be a closet!! Lovely table.
Love Marie’s centerpiece with the Coke crate & firecrackers! I always enjoy seeing her holiday decorations, thanks for sharing them!
Marie has done it again with her Coca Cola crate, firecrackers and stars, it is all so much fun. Amazon.com is dangerous for me, I love it because you can find ANYTHING there, but usually I order something and am just shy of getting free shipping so I browse around 🙂 Last time I found a set of stunning plates, which of course I didn’t need but I adore them! I love Marie’s dishware too, and the vignette in the kitchen. I always think of what great memories she creates for her grandchildren when I see her home and decor. Thanks for sharing with us!

So festive, but I wouldn’t expect less from Marie. She has such great ideas for each and every holiday. Another wonderful holiday memory created by Marie. Thank you for sharing this patriotic fun. laurie
Marie certainly goes all out, and everything she does is lovely! It is nice to see a fancy 4th, rather than the waste of plastic and paper products which so many of us are guilty. Fun post.
I bet it would be fun to be invited to Marie’s!
Marie’s table setting is beautiful. I loved the creative use of a simple crate in her centrepiece . Thanks for sharing.
I think I love this more than I love the Christmas decorations! Thank you Susan for always posting the most amazing table settings. Vikki in VA

P.S: Canada will be celebrating their 146th Birthday this July 1st.
Susan….love Marie’s table…gorgeous as always!…and I adore how she used the Coca-Cola crate as a centerpiece…perfection!!!
Susan, you were smart to feature Marie’s July 4th table! Everything about her decor is wonderfully fun, interesting, and creative. Thank you for hosting your tablescape link party each week. It’s a perfect avenue for inspiration, as well as a fun way to make new friends. 🙂

Marie’s July 4th tablescape was so inspiring I went over to Pier 1 Saturday and checked out all the fun decorations! My table is quite a bit smaller but between Pier 1 & Michael’s I got some cute decorations. I also ordered the flatware from Amazon to complete the look. I’m looking forward to pulling it all together today.
All the best,
Mary
P.S. I enjoying seeing the behind the scenes pictures of dish & decor storage rooms, too.
Now THAT is Patriotic with A P O W…Fireworks!! I am inspired!

I love the 4th of July with all the lovely colors and then of course the fireworks! That is one lovely table setting and by the way, thanks for the link for that blue silverware! I haven’t ordered it yet but will be doing so. I hate to admit that I didn’t decorate for the 4th this year… with all the heat and rain and humidity I just couldn’t find the energy but now I do regret that decision! Oh well, next July 4th!
Hugs,
Beth P
And I was heretofore so pleased with my Americana arrangement of sunflowers and flags stuck into my grandmother’s blue canning jar…and I thought I was over the top with the three-flags-in-each urn by my front door. It’s a swamp here in the DC area; I was too wilted to do anything more. Loved your post, Susan!
Thanks, Marilyn. Marie really put a pretty table together. I’m not sure why but Feedburner randomly emailed this post back out again today, even though it was posted back on June 20th. Your arrangement sounds beautiful! I love sunflowers! Yeah, it’s a swamp here, too…so tired of rain. Georgia has definitely more than made up its rain deficit…we should be at a surplus now!
Would like to have the name of the blue flatware pattern and a resource to purchase!
Hey Debra Ann, you can buy it on Horchow but the cheapest place I’ve found it was on Amazon here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0078V2QYM/ref=ox_ya_os_product I purchased two sets after I saw Marie’s table and I used it in this table setting: https://betweennapsontheporch.net/dining-on-the-porch-for-the-4th-of-july/
Susan I love EVERTHING you do. Do you know that you are a genius!!
Susan, do you know where Marie found her Coke crate? I have been looking on the bay for used ones, but the condition is hard to determine from photos. Maries looks new- that would be fine with me- I don’t need an authentic one. If you talk to her on a regular basis, could you ask her if you think of it? Thank you!
Can you give us the brand name of the dishes Marie found on ebay? I Love ❤️ them.. table looks fabulous..
