A Winter Forest Centerpiece for a Beautiful Christmas Table Setting

Welcome to the 638th Tablescape Thursday, a blog party sharing beautiful table settings for all occasions!

Today Jo Alice has invited us into her beautiful home for a pre-Christmas dinner. Such a beautiful entrance!

Jo Alice set a beautiful Winter Forest Table for Christmas this year.

I love the candlelit centerpiece with glittering forest trees of different heights!

Such an elegant centerpiece mixing both gold and silver elements.

I especially love how Jo Alice used different stemware for each place setting!

Jo Alice’s dinnerware and flatware are Lenox Eternal Gold. The stemware at this setting is Mikasa Jamestown Gold. I love its fluted design and the gold rim!

For this setting, Jo Alice paired Mikasa Christmas Tree Stemware with her Lenox Eternal Gold china. I’ve never seen this pattern of stemware, but it’s beautiful!

Do you recognize the beautiful stemware in this setting? It’s Lismore by Waterford and is just stunning! I love the idea of mixing gorgeous stemware in a Christmas Table. I would love to do more of that in my Christmas and holiday tables!

Thanks so much to Jo Alice for sharing this beautiful table in her lovely dining room!

Looking forward to all the wonderful table settings linked for this week’s Tablescape Thursday!

Tablescape Thursday

If you are participating in Tablescape Thursday, please be sure to add your permalink below, and not your general blog address. To get your permalink, click on your post name, then copy and paste the address showing in the address bar, into the “url” box when you link up. You’ll need to include a link in your post back to the party to link up and participate.

That’s so visitors to your blog will be able to find the party and the other Tablescape Thursday participants. Requiring a link back also prevents businesses and scammers from linking up to sell their products. (Yep, that really happens, unfortunately.) If you see a post that’s not table setting related, let me know and I’ll remove it.

Please, don’t add your post name/blog name ALL IN CAPS…it tends to create big spaces between the rows of links.

Please link up table setting or table setting related posts only for Tablescape Thursday.

Jo Alice – I love your beautiful table and lovely Christmas tree! The Christmas stemware is so festive. All of the stemware is lovely. Thank you for inviting us into your Christmas home!

This tablescape is truly stunning. In my opinion it is not overdone and displays a table setting with real class. I also noticed the beautiful placemats and the simply stated Christmas napkins that coordinates perfectly with the Eternal Gold china. But what really struck me in one of the photos was the crystal objects that were sparkling in the china cabinet. Crystal and fine china, what could be better for serving a dinner to people you love? Merry Christmas.

  3. Lovely table and home!
I enjoy the quieter colors used.

Thanks for another year of table inspiration and link party fun, Susan.
    Merry Christmas

    Susan,

Have you given any thought to compiling a book with all you tablescapes? You could include all the information on the dishware used in your tablescapes
    .
