We’ve been having some really beautiful spring-like days this past week. Are you seeing signs of spring in your area, too? It makes me so happy to see the daylight staying with us a whole hour longer each day since the time change this past weekend. The little magnolia tree in the front yard of the Dollhouse is starting to flower, and shoots are popping up everywhere in the garden. What are you seeing in your garden? Because Stanley’s past Love Shack Fancy collabs have been such a huge hit, I noticed today that they have released a few more designs. They obviously know there are a lot of “pink” lovers out here. I think this design may be my favorite of the new Love Shack Fancy releases, although they are all so pretty. Not sure who they have coming up with the designs, but they are so pretty and feminine!

This beautiful Fair Isle sweater would make a great transition piece into spring. I love, love, love the colors! They are calling it a knitted shirt, but it looks more like a cardigan to me, and it’s being worn as a cardigan in one of the photos. I gave up using my Stanley mugs – even with the toppers – I’ve knocked them over so many times…..and my ice water always, always leaks out!
I gave them to daughter & purchased two Yeti travel mugs – the child size ones. I absolutely love them…no spillage once they are closed….and they are the perfect size for me!
I love Yeti tumblers, too. I use those in the car a lot and use the Stanleys mostly here at home. Charlotte, you would probably like the Rtic tumbers that I bought around Christmastime. Those somehow don’t seem to leak, even if turned over, or at least they didn’t for me. They had some wonderful designs for Christmas. I purchased several for family and they used them all winter and even took them one of their ski trips. They recently got the red plaid in, in a 30 oz size, that was the one size I wanted but was sold out. I’m waiting for a sale to get that one.

I’ve been using Yetis for a while – haven’t tried Stanleys. Last week, I flew with my new Yeti Rambler tumbler and got a lesson in physics. The tumbler has a built-in straw on the cap you can close so it doesn’t leak. I boarded the plane with water in the tumbler. Once we reached altitude, I opened the straw and got a stream of water in my face! LOL! It’s so well sealed, the water pressurized during takeoff. I made sure to keep the straw open during my return flight.
