What I Bought For 50% Off In Williams Sonoma & Going Back For The Napkin Rings

Welcome to the 918th Tablescape Thursday! Yesterday, I stopped by Williams Sonoma and Pottery Barn to check out their spring/summer offerings. This adorable bunny pitcher caught my eye. He was on sale, 50% off! He looks kinda small in my photo, but he’s actually a good size. He measures 7 inches wide and almost 9 inches tall. I filled him with water last night to see how much he holds, and he held 48 ozs. He actually holds 54 oz when filled to the very top.  Bunnies aren’t just for Easter; I love using them all spring and summer, plus they are so pretty displayed on a shelf. He would be pretty filled with spring flowers, too! You’ll find this pitcher on sale 50% off here: Bunny Pitcher.

Bunny Pitcher on Sale

If you’ve been reading BNOTP for a while, you may remember that many years ago I stumbled across these Pottery Barn shell chargers on eBay. Unfortunately, the bidding skyrocketed quickly, well beyond what I was willing to spend.

I couldn’t stop thinking about them, though, so I ended up making my own shell chargers with shells I had collected over 35 years ago during a trip to Captiva and Sanibel Island.

A few years later, I made them again, this time adding a bit of “seaglass” purchased from my local Marshalls.

You’ll find the easy tutorial for making these shell chargers here: DIY Shell Charger Plates.

A few years after I made my shell chargers, while shopping in a Pottery Barn in Atlanta, I discovered that PB had brought them back again, only in a slightly different style.

These must be a popular seller for them since they are back again this year. (Shell Chargers are available here: Shell Chargers.)

While shopping yesterday, I came across this table set with the shell chargers and the cutest beachy dinnerware and beaded napkin rings!

Seaside Beachy Table Setting

I think I’m going back for the napkin rings today since they are currently on sale.

They are much prettier in person than my pictures are showing. There was a starfish…

This napkin ring set also includes a seahorse, as shown in this photo from PB. These beautiful, beaded sea creature napkin rings are currently on sale here: Beaded Napkin Rings.

These napkin rings also come in a white/neutral design. You’ll find those on sale here: Beaded Napkin Rings. Which do you like best, the colorful ones or the white ones?

I wish I had taken close-up photos of the dinnerware. When I returned home and looked at it online, I fell in love with it! The colors are beautiful, a mix of bold and muted shades.

The salad plate…this set also includes appetizer plates. (See more of this dinnerware here: Beachy Coastal Dinnerware.)

The coordinating napkins are available here: Coastal/Beachy Napkins.

These beautiful embroidered napkins were also designed to go with this dinnerware: Coastal/Seaside Napkins.

I’m super tempted by this pattern, love the colors and the design! Do you have a set of coastal-style dinnerware that you love using during the summer months?

If you are participating in Tablescape Thursday, please be sure to add your permalink below, and not your general blog address. To get your permalink, click on your post name, then copy and paste the address showing in the address bar, into the “url” box when you link up. You’ll need to include a link in your post back to the party to link up and participate. That’s so visitors to your blog will be able to find the party and the other Tablescape Thursday participants. Requiring a link back also prevents businesses and scammers from linking up to sell their products. Please, don’t add your post name/blog name ALL IN CAPS…it tends to create big spaces between the rows of links. Please do not link up table settings that were just recently shared in the last few weeks for Tablescape Thursday.

  1. I have been collecting dinnerware since college. My first set was coastal — Fitz & Floyd’s “Coquilles.”

  2. Love this coastal table!! I really miss having a Williams Sonoma shop nearby; ours went out a few years ago, just 30 minutes from Sanibel! So sad! I just may have to order those wonderful napkin rings and napkins. Would love the dishes, but there is the storage issue! Lol!! You get them, and I will enjoy them vicariously. 🙂

    • That’s a shame that it’s gone. I miss having PB and WS near me when I’m in Ohio. The nearest stores or around an hour away. I love that pattern, too! If it goes on sale, I may have to order it since I’ll probably be back on Ohio when that happens.

Looking for the wallpaper source of one of your possible choices for the dollhouse. It is rolling forest with either a horse or fox and very saturated colors. I want it! Thanking you in advance!

  4. So fun – I love stopping into Williams Sonoma and Pottery Barn. They always have so many beautiful things! Thanks for the inspiration, and for hosting. Hope you have a lovely weekend!

    • Thanks, Barbara! I hope your weekend is awesome, too and that you’re having amazing weather. It’s so beautiful here right now. I wish every day were spring! lol

  5. Love everything about this coastal table setting. It’s all breathtaking. I’m crazy about the shell S&P shakers and the blue striped glasses. Be still my heart. I hope you purchase it all. ⛱️

  6. Susan, I definitely think you should go for the dishware lol! They are super pretty and they remind me of the Sea Life collection from Pier 1 many years ago. I hope they go on sale for you. I’ve been salivating over the shell chargers ever since they brought them back this year. I might just have to bite the bullet – plus, I have a gift card that I have been hoarding. Thanks for all the wonderful inspiration and have a lovely weekend!

  7. That bunny pitcher is adorable! As are the napkin rings. And that dinnerware is so pretty. The colors are lovely. I’d get the matching napkins, as well. So many pretty things.

I hope your weather is nice this weekend, Susan. It’s supposed to be beautiful, if a bit cool where I am. Looking forward to it!

I'd love to hear from you! Please leave a comment!
