Welcome to the 644th Tablescape Thursday, a blog party sharing beautiful table settings for all occasions!
Jackie, whose beautiful tables I’ve shared a few times in the past, has put together a fun table for Valentine’s Day this year.
I love how Jackie always adds a little something to her chandelier for her holiday dinners. The roses are the perfect touch for a Valentine’s Day table.
Jackie didn’t have to blow her budget to put this adorable table setting together. She found most of the elements she used in Dollar Tree, Home Goods, and Ross over the past few years.
I love the idea of using vintage style Valentine’s Day cards as place cards! Jackie bought her vintage style V-Day cards here: Vintage Valentine’s Day Cards.
An Apothecary Jar filled with hearts makes a great centerpiece in this Valentine’s Day tablescape.
A little heart garland for the china cabinet…
Jackie decorated her sideboard for Valentine’s Day.
Froggy kisses…
Cute decorations for the bar cart! I keep wanting to add a bar cart somewhere in my dining room but I don’t think I really have the space.
Did you notice the V-Day garland in front of the window?
Jackies found her Valentine’s Day garland in Target a few years back. I was just thinking that it looks like it would be pretty easy to make using decorative envelopes and Valentine’s Day cards.
I may just try to copy this garland. If I do, I’ll share the details in a future post. Such a cute, cute idea!
Thanks so much to Jackie for sharing this adorable Valentine’s Day table! Valentine’s Day is just a couple of weeks away now! Happy Valentine’s Day early to you, sweet Friend!
Looking forward to all the wonderful table settings linked for this week’s Tablescape Thursday!

If you are participating in Tablescape Thursday, please be sure to add your permalink below, and not your general blog address. To get your permalink, click on your post name, then copy and paste the address showing in the address bar, into the “url” box when you link up. You’ll need to include a link in your post back to the party to link up and participate.
That’s so visitors to your blog will be able to find the party and the other Tablescape Thursday participants. Requiring a link back also prevents businesses and scammers from linking up to sell their products. (Yep, that really happens, unfortunately.) If you see a post that’s not table setting related, let me know and I’ll remove it.
Please, don’t add your post name/blog name ALL IN CAPS…it tends to create big spaces between the rows of links.
This party has ended, click button below for the links to all who participated.

Just beautiful!
Susan, Have you ever done a Valentines Day tablescape just for children? I have just one grandson. Any suggestions for little boys and a valentines table?
Nancy, check out some of these…even though they aren’t all Valentine’s Day tables, they could be adapted to be.
The colors on this one are great for Valentine’s Day…just add some heart confetti or maybe fold the napins in a heart shape: https://betweennapsontheporch.net/childrens-party-table-for-movie-night-welcome-to-the-178th-tablescape-thursday/
Here’s a heart napkin fold: https://betweennapsontheporch.net/valentines-day-heart-shaped-napkin-fold-tutorial/
Here’s a V-Day table that Marie did for her grandchildren: https://betweennapsontheporch.net/childrens-valentines-day-table-setting/
Here’s one more that I created…just needs kid friendly glassware: https://betweennapsontheporch.net/whimsical-valentines-day-tablescape-alice-in-wonderland-style/
Here’s the recipe for the heart-shaped cakes: https://betweennapsontheporch.net/happy-valentines-day/

How cute are those vintage placeholders?! And love the roses treatment on the chandelier.
Hi Mia,
I was shopping in Ross one day – and I saw these small cylinder brass holders – I asked the same question to myself – what are these? For $2.99 I had to have them – they were place card holders. I thought perfect!
Happy early Valentine’s Day!
-Jackie
Jackie comes up with some great table setting ideas for sure! I love the vintage card place holders, what a great idea. She always make her chandelier look great too, a place most of us wouldn’t think of decorating. Love how “love” festive her dinning area is. I can imagine it is quite fun around Jackie’s table! That garland can so be crafted Susan! Hugs, Brenda
Thank you Brenda for the nice comments. It was fun to decorate!

Happy early Valentine’s Day – Hmm – I need to get going on those chocolates too! I really wanted to put some fancy candy on top of the pink cake holder – but did not have any so just added those kissing frogs! Thank you for the nice comment!

Love those little vintage Valentines! Brings back so many fun memories. Do you remember making a “mailbox” out of a shoebox and decorating it for school? Such sweet times. Jackie always does agreat job decorating. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you Cyndi! Yes, I remember those mail boxes! What great childhood memories!
-Jackie
So sweet! The vintage cards reminded me of elementary school, such fun! Thank you for sharing, you two!
Hi Kristy – me too! I am not even sure if the sayings on these cards would go over in todays world! Great Childhood memories 🙂
-Jackie
Thank you Kristy, Weren’t those days so innocent? Valentine’s Day was a favorite for me!
-Jackie
How creative Jackie. Thanks for sharing with us. I am in love with the dishes in your china cabinet. Could we see inside ?
Seems like almost everyone buys glassware from Dollar Tree in spite of our ‘stash’ of crystal. I happen to be there on the right day recently and bought some plates with a red band. Never to be seen again. Gone.
As a side note, I heard this week that Godiva Chocolate would be closing stores.
Myrna, Isn’t amazing what you can find at the dollar store! Hmm Godiva Chocolate -need to check that out.
