Welcome to the 405th Tablescape Thursday!
I have to start off this week’s Tablescape Thursday with an incredible find. You know this nautical, sailboat flatware you’ve seen me use so often in table settings?
I just found it available this morning for $26.99 for a 20-piece set!!! I know I paid way more than that when I purchased it several years ago. I think I paid $99. I’ve never seen it for $26.99 for a 20-piece set!
So if you’ve been wanting a set, here’s a chance to get it for an amazing price. You’ll find it here: Nautical Sailboat Flatware
For today’s Tablescape Thursday, I’m sharing ways to celebrate the 4th with a nautical vibe. Click on the title links to access each table setting.
Bonnie used the above nautical flatware in her 4th of July tablescape below.

Looking forward to all the beautiful tables linked for this week’s Tablescape Thursday!
If you are participating in Tablescape Thursday, please be sure to add your permalink below, and not your general blog address. To get your permalink, click on your post name, then copy and paste the address showing in the address bar, into the “url” box when you link up. You’ll need to include a link in your post back to the party to link up and participate.
That’s so visitors to your blog will be able to find the party and the other Tablescape Thursday participants. Requiring a link back also prevents businesses and scammers from linking up to sell their products. (Yep, that really happens, unfortunately.)
Please, don’t add your post name/blog name ALL IN CAPS…it tends to create big spaces between the rows of links.
Please do not link up table settings that were just recently shared in the last few weeks for Tablescape Thursday.
Susan, I think the nautical flatware is adorable. If we still had our boat, I’d order a set. Love seeing all your patriotic and nautical themed tables. Love the red, white, and blue.
Thanks so much for hosting Tablescape Thurday. I so adore dishes and tablescapes!!! I feel like I have found my kindred spirits here. This is so much fun!!!
Hi Susan, I love round-up posts as I have the chance to go back and re-love all your creations! I have the shark flatware you shared with us and everyone has fun when I use it–sometimes a bit too much fun! The Warren Kimble dishes with the lighthouse and sailboat are too wonderful. I’m on the hunt for those too. Thank you for hosting and for all your clever and pretty ideas! Linda
Great ideas! I haven’t had a chance to do a tablescape with a patriotic look yet but hopefully by next week I can. I might have to own a set of that flatware!
LOVE all of these!! Just adore the nautical theme, especially the first one with fishnet covering tablecloth!! All the elements are there and just work! Making me homesick for my native New England — North Shore of Massachusetts!! Thank you, thank you!!
I love that flatware! Have a safe and happy 4th!!
Big Texas Hugs,
Susan and Bentley
First you “got me” on the Kimble “ware”…and NOW those ADORABLE silverware place-settings…”where, oh, where will it end….” 🙂
Bonnie creates the coolest tables! Thanks for hosting! …Christine
I like them all but, I like the flags and pinwheels the best!!! Are the small chairs available anywhere anymore???
Thanks, Marie! I’m not sure. I purchased them in Old Time Pottery many years ago. Over the years I’ve seen some on eBay in various colors, so that might be a good place to check. Look for “chair votive candle holders” or phrases like that since they are actually votive candle holders. Hope you can find some!
Susan, you’re always so good to share your sources. Thanks for that, and for hosting Tablescapes. You’re a big player in my becoming a fan of tablescaping. And I love your compilation of prior posts – makes it easy to go back and look at older posts, all from one source. Hope your week is going well.
Hi Susan,
what a fun to see your new table. Colorful, powerful and very charming. Just the right für Indepence Day. The nautical flatware is so nice and a bargain, too. Thank you for hosting this event.
Best greetings, Johanna
Susan, Thanks for the round-up and red, white & blue nautical table inspiration! I have the same sailboat flatware, what an awesome price~ it makes me want to order another set 🙂
Those patriotic pinwheels–still a favorite!
Susan, thank you forth link for the flatware. Since I want o be just like you, I ordered a set. Great nautical tables. I’ve always loved those adorable tiny metal chairs and our clever use of them for cupcakes.
I had the same flatware, and seeing yours makes me kick myself once more for leaving it our Galveston house when we sold it. As always, your table is a delight.
Thank you so much for the sailboat flatware link. I have an aunt who loves sailing and these will make the perfect Christmas present for her! You’re awesome!
Thanks for the party Susan, I love the nautical vibe 4th tables! Fun!
Thank you so much for the 4th. of July tablescape ideas dear Susan. Love the first one.
Thank you for hosting too.

Wish that I had some nautical themed dishes to go with that cute flatware. What a good price. But, alas, I must say “No” once in a while. Well, at least I keep thinking that but never seem to follow my own thinking! Case in point..I received my Sloggers!!!!! I love them. I want to wear them with my regular clothes!! I may have to get another pair to wear when working in the yard and keep these floral ones to wear all of the time. They are soooo comfortable. Love them. Thanks for featuring them a few days ago. I’m a few $$ poorer but much, much, much happier!! LOL
Wow, Susan! What a deal! I love the flatware. That Nautical centerpiece is so clever. I’m bookmarking it to try it next year!
Oh gosh! What a fantastic price! I have shell flatware to go with our shell chargers, but this sure is tempting! Hate to miss out on such a great deal! Will have to think about it… Love all the red, white and blue!!
Susan, I know you are on the 4th, but while cruising the net found a Christmas item and thought of you immediately. It is a metal sign, with a woody station wagon, complete with a tree on top that can be personalized. It matches your cushion(s). Could not resist passing it on to you. Merry Christmas and a Happy Fourth of July!

Shelia, that sounds so cute! Could you leave a comment with a link…would love to see it. 🙂 Or, let me know the store name and I’ll check it out.
Well, duh!–thought I put in the link:

Too many balls in the air. Last few days, making a fairy house, wrapping fairy presents and making those huge tissue paper flowers a la Martha Stewart! All for my granddaughter’s birthday this weekend.
Sorry–the old bean just skipped a beat. I may order one of these signs for Christmas myself. Never pass up a chance to get ahead.
That is so cute! I love that scene from Christmas Vacation! lol Thanks for sharing that, Shelia, I might have to order one. 🙂
Oh, and the birthday sounds like so much fun! 🙂
Susan,
Thank you so much for sharing where you purchased the nautical flatware. I just ordered two sets! You are such an inspiration 🙂
Hello Susan,
I am new to your post but I am sure glad I found you. I wanted to thank you for the information on the nautical flatware. We have a tiny RV done in a nautical theme (lighthouses). I showed my husband the flatware and he liked it too. We ordered a set and I think we will order one more.
Thank you again for sharing the sites to purchase the table settings.
Looking forward to many more good reads.

Susan,
Do you remember where you purchased the blue flatware? It is so pretty.
Thank you.
