Welcome to the 683rd Tablescape Thursday!
Halloween is just a few days away now. Are you all ready for your Trick or Treaters? I have my little treat bags filled and ready so I think I’m all set.
I have such a fun Halloween table setting to share for this week’s Tablescape Thursday. Jackie has a blast of a Halloween party every year for friends and family. Recently, I shared a few photos of how she decorated her home this year in a nostalgic Star Trek theme. If you’re a Trekkie, you’ll find that post here: A Star Trek Themed Halloween Party.
Jackie also set a colorful table in her breakfast room for Halloween this year. The picture gave me a giggle, I love the bats that are just casually hanging out in the corner. It’s those little details! I also really like the orange sashes around each chair! They really stand out against the black.
The colors are so striking in Jackie’s table setting–the orange contrasts so nicely with the black and gold.
Do you ever get the feeling you’re being watched? With the addition of the sequin pumpkin in the center, each place setting kinda looks like a big eyeball with the pumpkin as the pupil! lol Do you see it, too? 🙂
Cute pumpkins!
That spider has me thinking of those gigantic spiders in the movie, Jumanji! Love how she has the chain of the chandelier hidden!
Jackie goes all out when decorating for all the holidays–what a treat it would be to be invited to one of her parties!
Thanks so much to Jackie for sharing this spooky-fun Halloween tablescape!
Looking forward to all the wonderful table settings linked for this week’s Tablescape Thursday!

If you are participating in Tablescape Thursday, please be sure to add your permalink below, and not your general blog address. To get your permalink, click on your post name, then copy and paste the address showing in the address bar, into the “url” box when you link up.
You’ll need to include a link in your post back to the party to link up and participate. That’s so visitors to your blog will be able to find the party and the other Tablescape Thursday participants. Please, don’t add your post name/blog name ALL IN CAPS…it tends to create big spaces between the rows of links.
This party has ended, click button below for the links to all who participated.
I LOVE Jackie’s table, and all of the accompanying spooky decor. The chandelier looks particularly scary.
Susan,
I finally have a few tablescapes to share so I linked up!!
Thanks so much for hosting each week!!
Stay safe, healthy and happy!!
Hugs,
Debbie
I’m not sure I could eat with that giant spider hanging over me! Lovely Halloween table; bet it was a blast.
Great table and decorations – all except the spiders! I can’t stand them and refuse to use them even at Halloween. Bats, ghosts, jack o’lanterns, etc. are all fine and fun but I don’t want any part of spiders. However, that’s my personal bias and I’m glad that Jackie enjoys them. And I’m glad to know that the movie Jumanji features spiders, I’ll be sure not to watch it! 🙂
Hi Joy – sorry for the late reply- that is my favorite spider and it usually is my first decoration that goes up! Hope you had a nice Halloween!
I think my comment posted while I was trying to add something – here’s what it was supposed to say!

Oh my goodness, Jackie does it again! I agree, I love all the orange. It looks so good contrasting with the black. The candelabra reminds me of a big hand with long fingers. And I love the bats hanging from the soffit in the corner, lol. Great job, Jackie. Thanks for sharing this, Susan.
Thank you for the nice comments Pam – it really was a fun season of decorating. Now that take down and to the storage unit – can’t wait for Christmas!
Jackie is amazing at decorating for any party from the looks of it! How can you do Halloween with such class?! Yep, looks like a big ole eyeball. lol Cute when you look at the table setting from the right view and not the top view. lol Love it and love Jackie’s decorating style! Thanks for sharing Susan. Hugs, Brenda
Thank you Brenda for the nice comments – finally getting around to answering these. The Halloween Party was a hit – we had about 85 in attendance this year – glad people are starting to get out again.
