Welcome to the 381st Tablescape Thursday!
Thanks so much for all your kind words on yesterday’s post. I appreciate them so much! I know the information you shared about your past experiences with roadside assistance will greatly help all who visit and read that post, so thanks so much for sharing those.
Since I didn’t get a chance to set a table this week, I thought I do something a little different. I went back through the hundreds of tables I’ve posted and chose one from each month of the year to share. Some are from way back, while others are more recent.
It was hard choosing which ones to feature today, a little like being forced to pick your favorite kid! 😉 I fudged one month just a little. June’s table setting is actually from the latter part of May, but I liked it better than the others I found posted in the month June.
Click on the title of each post to view that table setting in full.

Pssst: I post every day on Instagram. Follow Between Naps on the Porch on Instagram here: Between Naps On The Porch.
If you are participating in Tablescape Thursday, please be sure to add your permalink below, and not your general blog address.
To get your permalink, click on your post name, then copy and paste the address showing in the address bar, into the “url” box when you link up. You’ll need to include a link in your post back to the party to link up and participate.
That’s so visitors to your blog will be able to find the party and the other Tablescape Thursday participants. Requiring a link back also prevents businesses from linking up to sell their products. (Yep, that really happens, unfortunately.)
Please, don’t add your post name/blog name ALL IN CAPS…it tends to create big spaces between the rows of links.
Please do not link up table settings that were just recently shared in the last few weeks for Tablescape Thursday.
Thanks for hosting Susan! Your Winter Table for the Birds is one of my all time favorites! I know how hard it is to set a snowy table, since you don’t want to ruin the beautiful “tablecloth” with only one chance to place each item 🙂
You are so right…one chance was it. That was a fun tablescape to create and I had to hurry because my tablecloth was starting to melt in the sun! 🙂
All of your tablescapes are absolutely Beautiful!
Thanks so much for sharing them with us!
You are an Inspiration!
Thanks, Amy!
I remember all of these tablesettings except August. How did I miss that one? It was fun to see these again. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks, Linda!
Love all of them
loved the terrific 12!!!!
As all of your tablescapes are so creative and beautiful, I honestly can’t choose a favourite. Wishing you A HAPPY & HEALTHY NEW YEAR sweet Susan. Warm hugs -Brenda-
Happy New Year to you, Brenda! XX
I bet it was terribly difficult to pick your favorite 12, but the Winter for the Birds and the Alice in Wonderland are 2 of my all time favorites! Thank you for continuing to host this fab table top party!
Thanks so much, Jenna! Happy New Year to you!
I remember them all…loved them the first time around and so great to drool over them once again. I actually have every tablescape, that I can recreate with china I have, in my BNOTP files. I love everything you do and wish I could incorporate all the ideas you dream up, but I can’t afford to lol! Thanks for sharing these lovely table settings again. Hugs!
Thanks, Bobbi! I try to resist buying any now since my storage is all used up pretty much. Hard though when they come out with such cute plates each year!
Thanks for sharing! These are beautiful. Love them all!
Susan…those really do need to be “turned into a calendar!!” January still just “blows me away!!” (fun reading back comments, too..tee, hee) franki
That would be fun! I think there are places that do that, turn your pics into a calendar. 🙂
I love Franki’s idea of a BNOTP tablescape wall calendar or e-calendar. Great idea.
Just beautiful, Susan!!! Your gorgeous tablescapes are such an inspiration for me. I hadn’t even heard the term “tablescape” until I stumbled across your beautiful blog about two years ago. Thank you again for your lovely web site and for hosting Tablescape Thursdays. God bless!!
Thanks, Elena! I was trying to remember this evening where I first heard that word and I’m not sure. I probably saw it in a magazine because I read a lot of magazines back before there was so much decorating inspiration online.
Well, you are the undisputed Queen of Beautiful Tablescapes, that’s for sure! You and your fabulous web site have spread the art and love of tablescaping to huge numbers of fans like me–thank you for that. Before I discovered tablescaping, my only real hobbies were reading and travel. Now I have a third great hobby which I enjoy very much and am able to share with family and friends. Blessings to you, have a great day.
Franki’s idea of a BNOTP wall calendar is a great idea. I would definitely buy several. :0)
Hi, Susan,
Many thanks for taking us on a walk down a memory lane of tablescapes! Since you were the one who got me started on the world of tablescaping, it sure was fun to have a look back at the wonder of your creativity and artistry that sets you apart as the true “Tablescaping Master” (or is it Mistress)? I’ll always love the Winter Table for Birds. I remember making a point to show it to my hubby and friends when they’d come to visit, just to illustrate how fascinating this whole hobby could be and to what lengths a tablescaper will go to create a picture that comes to mind when coming up with a table. You’re too much, Susan. And it’s such a treat to open up your posts. Take care, and Happy New Year! Rosie
Thanks so much, Rosie! When I was putting that one together, I thought folks would either love it or think I’d lost my mine. lol It wasn’t very practical for dining, except for the birds. 🙂
Oh, this is a fun idea! I like that it incorporated 4 different tables. Perhaps throughout the year, have any other themes–centerpieces, charger/plate combos, recipes etc, for each month.
I didn’t realize that until today, that I’d used tables from all over the house. I’ll have to do this again sometime, another 12 Months, 12 Tables, Part Deux.
I like them all, so many themes, color variations, napkin folds. My favorite is Jan. With the kitchenware “bouquet” for the bride as a close 2nd. You are creative.
Thanks, Gail!
Happy New Year Susan and thanks for the party! All of your tables are gorgeous!
Thanks so much, Sandra! Happy New Year to you!
Well done – I like them all! Susan, did you happen to view Downton Abbey Sunday night? Loved it! I’m excited that we are finally getting to see everything come together but a little sad also that this will be the last season. It sure gives us something to look forward to during the long cold winter months. Can’t wait for this Sunday night!
No, I forgot it was playing again. I kinda quit watching after those 2-3 shows where they were killing off characters right and left, so I’m way behind in the story line now. I should watch this last season. I’m sure they’ll come out with a box set one day and I can buy it and binge watch. I’m am sad to see it ending.
You certainly know how to set a table!
So much talent! Another amazing year @ Between Naps on the Porch…Thanks so much for hosting us. I’m so happy to be back in blogworld. Happy New Year! Cherry Kay
Welcome back, Cherry Kay! Happy New Year to you and your family!
Gorgeous tablescapes! My favorite was the Easter/ rabbit tablescape since I love rabbits. Sometimes I see them hopping on my lawn; I call them “my bunny friends. ” When I was enjoying today’s post I saw an ad for Wayfair. Do you order from this company? I never had and wondered about their products and service. So enjoying your writings and photography.
Thanks, Anita, appreciate that so much! I love bunnies, too. I’ve seen a few around here and they are so cute! No, I don’t think I’ve ordered from them but it’s looks like an interesting company.
Hey Susan….I loved looking back at your favorite tablescapes for each month!! June and July were probably my favorites, but I loved them all!! Looking forward to more great tablescapes in 2016. Happy New Year!
Where did u find those sailboat plates? I absolutely love them! So appropriate for our family! Thanks for responding!!
Thanks! I found those on eBay…you’ll find the full tablescape here with more info about the dishware: https://betweennapsontheporch.net/4th-of-july-nautical-table-setting-tablescape/
Each one’s as beautiful as the next!..Christine
Thanks so much, Christine! XX
I thought I was so creative doing a tablescape of the month for a year…lol…you have been there, done that and bought the t-shirt. Awesome lol.
Thanks, Carla! It’s been a lot of fun these past 10 years! Gone by way too fast!
Great table scapes!! I feel inspired to try the first one for sure!!
